This is the third time where I ordered my pizza and you all keep not putting on the right topping or absolutely no topping at all . I ordered my pizza with extra pepperoni. Where do you see pepperoni on this pizza!!! Who in the world is making your pizzas ? Is it that difficult to look at the screen and follow the instructions? I tip good every time I order yet!? You all keep messing up my pizza ! Why??? What’s the reason ? I didn’t want to leave a review and I haven’t til now , but you all should pack up and change your profession ! I am writing to formally express my significant dissatisfaction with both the quality of service and the product I recently received. My recent order included a pizza that was notably undercooked. I promptly contacted the Domino’s in Ellicott City to inform the management team of this issue. Instead of offering an apology, the manager adopted a defensive posture, stating that their pizzas are consistently cooked at the same temperature and that I should have specifically requested extended cooking time. While I was informed that a credit would be issued, this resolution does not adequately address the underlying problem.

I’ve been ordering here for the last 15 years and I will never do it again. Used to be a great domino’s but recently the staff is absolutely horrible and very rude. Last 3 months of ordering from here have taken over an hour to get my food. I’ve been ordering on a Wednesday night at around 11PM and it still takes an hour. They update the tracker and say they are making my food as soon as I place it. Then they push that it’s ready when they havnt even started it. I got there and Amaya said we are short staffed. They say that every time for the last 3 months. The old staff was amazing this new staff is the worst that has ever been there. I will never be ordering from this place again.

I ordered 6 pizzas with extra cheese and extra olives for my child’s 2nd birthday. There was no extra anything and the pizza tasted pretty terrible but we gave it a second chance a week later. When we ordered extra olives (which you pay more for!), the pizza slices each had 1-2 pieces of olives on them. I went in to ask for just a side of olives which I thought was pretty reasonable, but instead of saying we are sorry that is not extra olives they said “man, in this economy!”. In this economy what? Customer service is shot? I did not appreciate the lack of customer service and basic lack of empathy here. Will travel further for pizza just to avoid this terrible place.

I really hate to leave a comment like this, but I found a hair baked into my pizza, which is honestly unacceptable. It completely ruined the meal for me. I’m seriously hoping the kitchen staff are following proper hygiene protocols—especially wearing hats or hairnets. This isn’t just about a bad experience; it’s about food safety. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this kind of oversight makes me question the cleanliness behind the scenes. Please take this seriously and make sure your staff are following the right procedures.

placed an online order for my child’s birthday—5 pizzas total. At first, the staff told me the order didn’t go through, but my card was still charged. When I questioned the charge, they then claimed the order had already been picked up by someone else.
Because of the confusion and delay, we had to send the kids home from the birthday party without pizza, which was incredibly disappointing.
When I went back to the store, I saw the pizzas were still sitting on the pickup shelf. I asked them to cancel the order and they finally canceled it.

They never add extra toppings when I ask for it but they sure as hell don’t mind charging for it. I asked for a pizza with peppers and extra pepperoni. Why are there more peppers than pepperoni?!?! Do they just completely ignore the extra toppings option?
Not gonna lie though, I’m still going to keep coming here because the deals are decent.

It was my first time ordering from this location, and I am impressed!! It’s Friday night dinner time, and my order was delivered piping hot – in 20 minutes flat from the time I placed the online order! Wow. I was especially thankful for that because it was a last minute dinner decision, and we were starving. My order of two new york style large pizzas were delicious and correct (three different toppings each and one half/half topping). All in all, a stellar performance by a pizza delivery chain. Will be ordering again!

My family and I ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of stuffed cheesy bread. We paid to “cheese it-up” and received burnt, overcooked pizza that lacked sauce and cheese. The pizza was dry and the quality of the food was so poor we had to call the store. In hopes the manager would try and rectify the situation, he was rude and said our food was not burnt and that the ovens were preset. I suggest you have them calibrated! Looks like other people have experienced the same issue with this store recently. We have been loyal customers for years, and this is the treatment we get… I’ll take my business elsewhere. I will say the delivery driver Muhammad is so kind every time he delivers and that’s why we tip him 25%! The manager needs training, and his attitude will cost the store business and ultimately affect the great staff working there. Shame….
