We placed an online curbside order and arrived on time based on the tracker notification. Upon arrival, I called the restaurant and was advised that someone will be out shortly. After 10 minutes minutes of waiting in the warm vehicle, I decided to embrace the cold and go inside to pick up the pizzas.
We ordered 4 medium pizzas at 50% off (pepperoni, pineapple, mushroom and cheese pizza with extra sauce) which was reasonably priced for Domino’s. When we opened the pizza boxes, we noticed the pizzas were extremly dry and did not contain extra sauce. The cheese was missing on multiple slices, inconsistently proportioned and appeared as if the pizzas had been sitting for hours.
Because we were overly unpleased, disappointed and unhappy, this caused us to only eat 1 slice each. The taste and appearance of the pizzas were unacceptable & complete waste of money. We had no choice but to resort to another dinner option!
I understand that Domino’s may offer customers the option to receive new pizzas if unsatisfied. This will involve taking a 40 minute drive total, waiting for parking in the crowded parking lot, returning the pizzas and voicing my concerns to the manager. I would be very interested in requesting a refund for the 4 medium pizzas without going through the hassle.

The food is usually good for a chain pizza place. I have experienced a few mistakes but, they fix it if you ask them.

The food always tastes good though usually we have to ask to have our pizzas remade to match what was ordered. Also, everyone is typically friendly. Today, I ordered online and stopped by the store to pickup my order. I had a gift card so I paid in-store when I got there. The guy who helped me then walked away to complete working on orders. I stood there waiting for my order to be ready when I was asked by another employee if I was being helped, to which I replied “yes, I’m just waiting for them to finish my order.” He asked my name and indicated that my order was ready and sitting on the shelf, handed it to me and just as I was walking away asked if I was told that part of my order (loaded tots) couldn’t be made as they were completely out of tots. The guy was very nice and offered me a store credit for the tots I had purchased but that they were unable to provide. I hope that credit was done as they had told me that before and the next time I ordered there was no credit. The two points of my visit were to get enough food to feed my family and use a gift card I’ve been carrying around for quite some time. I had to stop and get additional food on the way home, still have a partial gift card and now hopefully have a store credit.

Garbage style pizza… Because that’s where it belongs. Threw the entire Pizza in the trash 2 minutes after it was delivered.
Ordered the extra large Brooklyn style one topping. Tipped 30% hoping for a good pizza.
I received a regular hand tossed with about a cup of grease poured on top.
Dripped all over my clothes all the way through the house and all over the tablecloth. I used about eight paper towels to try and soak up what was on top of the pizza and it was still not enough.
I’ve learned my lesson and will never be ordering Domino’s again.

Domino’s pizza is hard to duplicate, this place is exceptional in the PG county area ! Located on route 450 on the Landover Hills/ Lanham md border is a straight icon when it comes to great pizza and fully cooked wings ! Great job guys!!

Store argued with me about a refund, saying that’s just how they come out without cheese, despite ordering two of these and the other came out just fine. Really not ok, after 5 minutes of back and forth they offered a refund instead of a replacement.

My husband and I ordered pick up through the Domino’s App. When the app said our food was ready we went to pick up our food. We found that we had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Also, the pizza was comparible to frozen pizza.

This review is for the Arnold domino’s….
They constantly run out of pasta,. When? They do they give you a credit and then when you call to use I credit they’ve taken it away. One young manager seems to be the best. I can’t remember his name but there is a female and another male that are the troublemakers. Tried the new tater tots And both times were We’re dry, but the second time they were so dried out, the cheese was even burnt. The chicken Alfredo is very good if they have the pasta when you call but half the time it barely has any sauce and the noodles are burnt. You can tell by the picture below of the pasta that there isn’t even any wetness on the pan or sides.

If I could give zero stars I would, this is absolutely the worst dominos I’ve ever got pizza from I truly wish this place goes out of business or goes under better management, I’ve had countless screw ups from them but this time was absolutely ridiculous, order a pepperoni pizza with light sauce and it came with way to much sauce, the second pizza was a pepperoni with no sauce, I received dough with pepperoni on it no cheese burnt to a crisp, and order brownie cookies that didn’t even get delivered, another fail from this terribly ran dominos
