I ordered 4 pizzas online using their coupons for $34 saying I’d pick up the next day at 5:15pm. I arrived to learn that the order had been canceled by the system for reasons unknown, so I replaced the order live with the person. The cost went to $54, and then they only gave me 3 of the 4 pizzas, not realizing that I had ordered 4 (even though I showed them the receipt). Would they honor their price from the day before? NO, they would not. Moral: Always pay in advance, at least you have a chance of getting your order as you placed it. What a RipOff.

I ordered a couple pizzas at 8:45pm and the expected delivery time was 9:20pm. The driver called me at 9:55pm to tell me they were on their way. The pizza was cold when it arrived. Have tried contacting the store multiple times but the manager is either not there or is too busy to help me when I can actually get ahold of them. Corporate customer service has been no help either.

Do not buy pizza’s from this establishment THEIR CALL CENTER REPRESENT WAS VERY RUDE AND CALLED ME DISRESPECTFUL. Let me tell you this has to be the worse pizza and customer service I have experienced they messed up on my order and didn’t bring me my drink I had to call up there and reorder and they didn’t put it in then when I got an management they said they would give me credit so when I called back the next day I ordered it and it took hrs and hrs I called to check on my order and disrespectful employee answered lied and said they delivered the soda and pizza the following night when they didn’t just horrible customer service.

I am echoing some of the other reviews: this place is mismanaged. I was charged for a pizza I never received and couldn’t get them to issue a refund. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I was just left wondering where was dinner. Never ordering here again.

Truly a terrible outlet. We moved from across town and unfortunately the Dominos in our new neighborhood changed. The prior one was great – on time, predictable. This one is ALWAYS later – either they can’t find a driver or for some reason the driver decides to take a nap between the store and dropping off our food. I don’t expect much from fast food but there are too many pizza choices to keep selecting this one.
