someone ring the bell after a second I got a phone call two times from the delivery driver. I called the number back a gentleman pick up barely speak. English explain for me. “ since you didn’t open the door, I’m taking the pizza back with me.’ I was trying to explain for him that he needs to read the instruction. He didn’t understand what I was saying apparently he brings the pizza back.
He was unprofessional and rude.

The delivery driver then ORDERED me to come downstairs in my apartment building because they got a parking ticket, that is THEIR problem, NOT the customers, and threatening to end the order if I didn’t come downstairs was completely disrespectful.
Edit: I recently ordered a pizza and the delivery driver was incredibly rude. He was shouting at me as he said, he couldn’t open the security door downstairs. There are clear instructions on the call box and I told him that, but he completely ignored that fact and continued to then throw my receipt at me on the ground and tried to force my door open as I attempted to close it from the confrontation happening. These delivery drivers obviously don’t know how to follow instructions and they’re completely clueless to the fact.
1. Delivery Issues:
The delivery driver exhibited a nasty attitude and refused to bring the order to my door, insisting that I come downstairs to retrieve it. This is not only unprofessional but goes against the convenience one expects when ordering delivery.
2. Excessive Delay:
The order took over an hour and a half to arrive. Such a delay is unacceptable, especially when no prior communication was made to inform me of any issues or delays.
3. Customer Service:
When I called the store to address these concerns, I was hung up on by staff members. This level of disregard for customer feedback is appalling and suggests a serious lack of training or accountability within the team.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and it reflects poorly on Domino’s as a brand. I expected much better service and professionalism. I will think twice before ordering again and will be sharing my experience with others to caution them about the lack of quality and care.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent such incidents in the future.
