Domino’s app said order will be ready to be picked up between 29 and 39 minutes. I arrived to the location after 40 minutes and they said it will be ready after 10 minutes, I went back after 10 minutes and they said it’s not ready. I waited inside the store and they started prepping my order after 20 more minutes. And I received it after more than an hour of ordering. They only had 1 person in the kitchen, and the whole store is very disorganized and dirty. I will not go back to this location again, this was my first time pickup from this location and it’s the last time.

David greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! The food was outstanding, super fresh and mouthwatering. His dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon himself and the Dominos brand. My wife and I will continue to order from here to add to this amazing culinary experience we received. Our overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. This place is a disgrace I placed my order online and when I went to pick my order up I saw two men working only (one African American man & one Hispanic man with his earphones in his ears) . I immediately saw the African American man preparing a pizza putting the pepperonis on the pizza with his BARE HANDS! He came over to ask me about my order I asked “you all don’t wear gloves here?” He replied “no, what is the name your order is under?” That is completely unsanitary and nasty. He then goes and ring up another customer behind me touching the register and then continue preparing the pizza. With all the diseases out now that can be transferred through touch preparing food should be taken much more seriously and be CLEANER! People are consuming the food into their bodies. No gloves is completely unacceptable. All of this occurred on 8/22/2022 @ 12:23pm. I then began to eat my lunch and its a piece of hair in my food. I will NOT be back here ever again and my job and I ordered from here a lot because it’s so close to our workplace. This will be our last time ordering from this location again. I have the guy preparing the pizza on video and I will be sending it to the FDA immediately!

I’ve never had a problem with this location. I placed an order for delivery for my kids while I was at work. Once it was delivered my kids call me stating they found a piece a hair on the pizza. So I call the pizza location presses the #3 to speak to the manager. Didn’t get the name of the person who picked up but it was a guy. So I explained what my kids had found. He placed me on hold. Came back on the phone what did I need help on, I nicely repeat what had happen. With an attitude he reply “thats impossible I’m the one who made the pizza and I have short hair” so I stated “ so what are you trying to tell me that I’m lying” he reply “ I don’t know, what’s the color of the hair and I’m the only one working” I told him I didn’t know because I’m at work he said we’ll call your kid and ask. There was no point of arguing with this person to get to the point so I just hang up.First of all he didn’t even ask for my order number, name or phone number. So how does he know which order he did. What place is actually going to have one person working on everything.Never going to place any order from this location, really bad customer service.
