I ordered a large pizza with Alfredo Sauce which I normally do. This location in Marlton, Upper Marlboro had the worst Manager (Devon). I call there to complain about my Pizza. He told me to bring it back to refunding and when I got there, he told me that the pizza was fine that he was not going to refund me or do it over. I am putting in a written/ formal complaint, not only about the customer service, But the manager’s attitude and customer service for Domino’s Customers.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I hope this manager gets some management training. We ordered 4 pizzas two were incorrect, we called in and explained with so much patience and an open to solutions approach what happen. He refused to take any accountability, refused to provide a solution, hung up on me and then refused to give me his last name. I will NEVER patronize this location again.

I order 12 pizzas for today at 5. They were supposed to bring them to our car outside. My wife had to go pick them up inside. There were like 6 people working just standing there and no one had the initiative to help carry them outside even tho we had asked for them to be curbside. Very disappointing.

Ordered a no contact delivery, and the driver insisted on a tip from an 84yo woman who didn’t order the pizza, made her sign a receipt, she wasn’t authorized to sign. I called to complain got hung up on twice after 15 mins on hold cause I was told they were super busy. I went to store to return pizza and get a refund and was met by condescending tone, by manager and general manager of the store. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN EVER!!

I’ve lived in the area for 7 years and never had a bad experience at this Domino’s until now. I placed an order, got an email saying it was ready in 15 minutes, and arrived 30 minutes later. I wasn’t greeted, and after some confusion, they admitted the order was never made. I waited over an hour for two pizzas and was not offered an apology, discount, or anything else. It seems like there are newer staff members, and the service and attitude were disappointing, especially with the young lady who works there.

Honestly I walked in late, got a pizza with a whole bunch of toppings, the guys were very well put together. Welcoming and store was looking great. As for the product 5 out of 5. A lot of Dominos like to cheat their customers when it comes to using coupons but these guys put the exact portions. Very nice Dominos thank you team!

Bad service ,pizza wasn’t cut good,condition of the whole thing was bad,one employee was talking to a girl that was rude,the male employee told us 5 minutes that turned into 20 but the pizza was done and sitting there so I got up and a lady ask what’s your, in a not so pleasant way, never will I go back.
