We just had a wait time of 45-52 minutes. I received order confirmation at 6:06pm via email. It’s 7:43pm and they are just pulling up. At least other places will call & be honest “hey I know online says 45-52 range but we’re really behind and it’ll be about an hour & 1/2 if not more”. Then you pay for delivery & I tipped them before hand. A little communication goes a long way.

On 12/20/2022, 8:30 pm, I called to order a small cheese pizza. The answering recording couldn’t understand that I had a coupon. Was transferred to a man that didn’t speak English that well and again couldn’t understand I coupon that was mailed to me, he transferred me to the Dunkirk Domino and they promptly hung-up on me. Called back and tried Option #3 this time, supposedly the Dunkirk Dominos Manager. Told her, I was trying to order 1 small cheese pizza w/thin crust for pick-up. She told me to go online and place my order. Told her to forget it. What happened to customer service? Anyhow, called LEDO’s Dunkirk..didn’t have to talk to 4 different people to place an order.

The past few months we’ve waited well over 90 minutes for delivery. Almost $6 delivery charge, the drivers leave the pizzas balancing on the railing of the porch after banging on the door like a maniac and scurrying away to go sit in my driveway on their phone for 5 minutes. This time I placed my order at 6:23pm it was finally delivered at 8:05 pm, burnt, dry and barely cut through… and sloppily cut at that. It sat at “ preparing” on the tracker for an hour! I’m not expecting perfection but at least pretend to give a darn. Maybe get a new manager? New drivers? If the cost of gas is the problem and staff is short, then do better by your employees.

Years and years of deteriorating service and quality of food. They literally have a coupon for 1 large pizza for $26 as a choice right now. They removed their only coupon that was gluten friendly. They hiked up their delivery charge to 5 dollars (none of that is seen by the driver so also be prepared to tip). Drivers see the tips before they leave and cherry pick the best orders, leaving some orders to take 90 minutes to arrive. Get the dash pass and order mod pizza. Dominos has peaked and now is simply trying to take advantage of people.

This place takes forever to get your order to you plan on using your microwave because it will be cold. Today 11/05/21 tracker said the driver left at 9:27 and I live literally 10 minutes away and it’s 10:16. I can see why they did away with 30 minutes or less because they would be out of business.

Dunkirk Dominos has great food and if you choose carry out you get it fast. God help you if you choose delivery, though. They are notoriously low on delivery drivers. I don’t know why, pay maybe? Another issue is the fact that their “delivery fee” went from $1.50 a few years ago to $4.95 today, Nov 4 2021. Again, the food is great, people are nice but the delivery times need work. I give it a 3 star review !

Just got 2 chicken pasta bowls. I don’t know what happened, but very sad. Not much food in the bowls. I used to order them and they would at least be filled to the top! I won’t order this again ever? Staff was pleasant and kind. But food wasn’t. Sorry!

The reason for a 2 star is when i went in to pick up the restaurant had a fresh look. I ordered on line and then had to call and ask for an 830 instead of 815 pick up. I ended up getting there at 815 and my pizza was sitting on the shelf ready for pick up. So if I didn’t get there until 830 I can assume it was sitting here at least 15 minutes. Needless to say the pizza was ordered well and it wasn’t it was soggy, the cardboard was greasy and the wings I ordered were fatty…. Absolute change from a year ago…. won’t be going back. Bottom line….. Bad food
