This location needs an entire new staff or needs to be closed. They never ever deliver pizza on time. They mark it delivered on their online pizza tracker thing but they never delivered the order. When you call they would blame you for calling too late (while you were just waiting) and come up with a bunch of excuses. If I could give zero stars I would. You can’t blame it on your drivers every single time. They do not know how to process a refund. If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst Domino’s ever. I ordered a pizza at 5:26pm and it was delivered at 8pm cold and hard. I called the manager about my pizza status and he said he was going to send another pizza because he knows that it is cold and then called back 10 minutes later and said the driver is 9 minutes away. The driver came 30 minutes later and they never sent another pizza. This place and its employees really don’t care about any type of customer service. It is horrible. The manager’s name is CJ and when I called back “he wasn’t there”… smh to make matters worse… they just delivered the second pizza called in at 7;30pm at 11pm. Knocked on the door and left the pizza outside on the ground. I am calling corporate because this is just down right ghetto

The only pizza my grandson will eat. He loves it. This location is sufficient, clean, and has friendly staff. I can only vouch for the cheese and the pepperoni pizzas. Tasty, crisp, and good flavor. I also like the openness so you can see what each worker is doing. Great location with plenty of parking right off Allentown Rd, behind the Wawa.

We placed an order last Thursday when they were doing the 50% off menu items if you ordered online. The pizzas were ready when we went to pick them up but the workmanship was just bad. It looked bad and it wasn’t sliced the way it was supposed to be. Definitely a rush job. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Absolutely awful first of all they were not answering the phone which annoyed me. Secondly when they didn’t answer they hung up the phone we were trying to figure out how to get there went to two dominoes before until we found this one. And then they served us a dry pasta with no sauce please pics I’ve never seen an Alfredo pasta with sauce not touch the bottom of the pan it is served on

If only -5 ⭐️ was possible, this Dominos would definitely get it. If you’re ready to wait at least 2 hours to get your pizza then go ahead call this store and place your order otherwise you’re better off getting a frozen pizza at Walmart or the commissary if you have access on base. Refer to the pictures to get a better understanding how this store respects your time—or hunger for that matter. I wish I could take the 20% tip back and give them nada cuz they don’t deserve it. If this store was a franchisee—which I truly think it is—please revoke their franchise until they complete some sort of customer satisfaction training. Ridiculous.
