I hadn’t ordered Domino’s in a long time, but this visit completely won me over. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away with a friendly welcome that set the tone for the rest of the experience. The staff was courteous and upbeat, and their confidence in the food’s quality was spot on. The pizza? Fantastic. The crust seasoning especially was a game-changer—such a simple touch that added a lot of flavor. Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ive ordered from this Dominos often in the 7 years I’ve live in this apartment complex. Tonight I ordered $50 with of food and gave a $9+ tip. I could not complete my order until I added an apartment number because I said I lived in an apartment complex. I requested that the order be delivered to my door. When the delivery arrives the driver calls me and says hes outside. I said, “youre not bringing it to my door?” He said, ” no we are trained not to get out of the car.” I explained that I had paid a tip and everything and that I requested that it be brought to my door. He refused. I went out and got my food and asked him how I can get my tip back. I mean I paid a delivery fee and a tip and I still have to leave my house to get my food??
I just ordered from Dominos the week prior and it was brought to my door. What changed? He just sat there not knowing what to say.

I called the store directly and explained the situation. I was put on hold. When someone returned to the phone I explained the situation again and I was I formed that they’ve been training the drivers not to get out of the car at apartment t complexes. I said then why cant I place an order without entering my apartment number. He was about to say something else and I cut him off and said told him at this point I just want to know what i need to do to get my tip back. He i formed me I needed to call back on Monday when the general manager was there. And he gave me the name Ernest to ask for. Then on top of all that my order was wrong. I will be calling back and requesting my tip back.

I placed my order at 6:25p via the mobile app lastnight. I asked for it to be left at my door. My delivery driver, Michael called me at 7:04p and told me he was about to pull up and asked me to come outside. I told him that I requested for it to be left at my door and he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t see that listed on my order, breathe hard and then go silent. I assumed that meant he would do what I asked. Time goes by, it’s 7:28p and my children still have no food, I call the store and the shift leader at the time tells me that “he should be there within 5 minutes.” At 8:04p I call the store back, because at this point this is ridiculous and my children are complaining of being hungry. He tells me that he will contact the driver and then get back to me ASAP. I give him time because I know that they are usually busy on a Saturday night, but after almost 50 minutes I have no choice but to call the store back. The shift leader gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that Michael, the delivery driver said my food was left at my door. I tell him that’s not true because my doorbell camera didn’t alert me of movement and I’ve checked outside. I asked why my food wasn’t delivered the first time and he tells me for safety purposes they’re not really suppose to get out of their vehicles at apartment complexes. I tell him that’s not true because Dominos would not offer the option to leave your food at door if the drivers are not suppose to get out the car. He goes quiet for a few seconds and then proceeds to tell me he’ll remake my order and send it out after almost 3 hours which is ridiculous. Michael as a driver has poor customer service and his attitude is very nasty.
I placed my order at 6:24p and we didn’t receive it until 9:40p.
Also, Iyonna answered the phone multiple times while calling the store and she is very helpful and nice. She listened and tried to help as much as possible before handing the phone off to the shift leader who didn’t provide his name at any time during our multiple conversations.

Customer service by store or shift manager on 11/8 during 12pm was so rude and unprofessional over the phone and in person. I called to begin with about an order that was undercooked with way too much sauce and absolutely no chicken in sight. While on the phone he was already giving me attitude, he kept persisting that he cant find my order by my number. I brought in the box of pizza along with the receipt and he declined finding the order stating that he goes by the phone number order. He walked away while I was talking and started packing pizzas. I kept explaining asking if he could assist and he kept ignoring me. I tried to get his attention by politely saying “Hello, sir excuse me. Can you help fix the order” and still chose to ignore me until I became louder so he can notice me and he walked pass me to assist someone else. I asked him if how he is presenting himself is how he was raised to be because he was being so rude, he then shutdown and threw a full blown meltdown stating that I was being disrespectful to him and cussing at him and talking about his mom when I was not at all when I was just implying a question regarding his respect and morals by asking if how he was acting is how he was raised because how he was acting was real ugly. He then tells me “Because of that, were not fixing anything, have a nice day you can leave” and refused to further fix the problem because I kept on speaking while he was ignoring me. Why are you manager in the business if you can’t oblige to the requirements of the job?

This is the 3rd sorryist Dominos I ever ordered from in MD. Delivery was late…usual. But this “italian” sub got me ctfuuu . Like, am I tripping or do it look like pizza bread ! Then I get Soggy loose greasy doughy pizza..Nothing cut right, pizza can’t even be a slice without ripping…Then, when I call the store the manager has an answer for everything that I’m dissatisfied with. Arguing, not listening…After all that, he says, “All I can offer you is a free sandwich on your next order…like I would want another one?? Wasted time and money. I should’ve got a Digiorno

I attempted to place an order today and was COMPLETELY IGNORED. I stood at the counter for ten minutes; staff walked around me as if I were invisible and never asked if I could be helped. Frustrated, I left. I tried to call and complain to the manager; I was left on hold. No one ever came to the phone. They will never have to worry about me trying to give them business …EVER!!!

It’s so unfortunate how trash this location is. My food is never up to par. My food always gets to me any kind of way. I should have stopped ordering the last time I ordered a specialty pizza with none of the toppings on them. My husband had to go all the way back for them to fix the pizza. This time I order a pizza and it arrives to me at 10pm. 1hr and 30mins after I order. The driver refuses to get out of the car and come to my door. I call the store and the little girl says ok well they aint obligated to get out the car. Anything else. I expected nothing more so idk why I called. I open my pizza box and these kids ain’t even have the decency to slice my pizza correct. Typical of them though. They are so tacky and unprofessional. My kids just won’t be able to eat domino’s anymore as long as this is our store. Smh

If it’s your first time going inside, you don’t know where to go to place your order The place is shaped like a L. THERE ARE NO SIGNS UP TO TELL YOU WHICH WAY TO GO AND WHERE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER JUST LOOK AT YOU CRAZY AND LOOK BACK DOWN AT THE PIZZA THAT THEY’RE MAKING AFTER FIGURING THAT OUT I ASKED ABOUT SPECIALS HE POINTED TO THE WALL BEHIND ME WHERE IT WAS JUST A MESSAGE WRITTEN ON THE WALL I PLACED MY ORDER WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE DEALING WITH A LATINO ADULT AND A THREE YEAR-OLD CHILD STAND ON THE SEATING AREA BANG ON THE GLASS LIKE IT WAS A CIRCUS. NO ONE SAID ANYTHING IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL HOW THEY TREATED THE PLACE. FINALLY, AFTER WAITING OVER 30 MINUTES DEALING WITH ROMPER ROOM BEHAVIOR for over 30 minutes I checked to see if my pizza was ready. I can see a box waiting by its lonesome on the shelf finally after the cashier walks back-and-forth sweep the floor finally looks at me, says my name then gives me my pizza and says sorry. Knowing I have a nice cold pizza now horrible experience. The main thing I noticed not a big deal if someone is making pizza without any gloves, but does it take four people to touch your pizza bare handed just to put it in the oven? SMH One person to make the pizza dough the next person grabs the cheese. The next person grabs the toppings. The next person puts it in the oven.
