Ordered the special any pizza and toppings for $9.99. I ordered thin crust chicken and bacon pizza with green peppers and onions. As you can see there’s barely no toppings 3 pieces of chicken and bacon on whole pizza. Only a cheese pizza ♀️ Very disappointing. Next time I will definitely check pizza normally they get order correct but NOT today. Such a waste of time and money

I forgot who made the pizza but I went around Sunday at 2:20 pm. The food was piping hot well seasoned and delicious! Best pizza I’ve had in a while. The pizza makers on shift today were on point!!! Keep them on the schedule! The delivery drivers I saw were both moving with a sense of urgency but still took time to hold the door and speak. Please, please just close this location. The employees HATE their jobs, they hate being there, and they will let you know as much. Just get a different job or stay unemployed bro. People don’t deserve to waste their hard earned money on this absolute BS. You will get less than the bare minimum of quality and service whenever you visit this location. I’ve visited this location several times, mainly using the curbside option and every single visit the customer service is terrible. They barely speak, say “you’re welcome”, the basics, especially after tipping generously. Today when I visited, the same thing occurred. Received my order, the box wasn’t even HOT upon receipt so I knew the food was going to be cold. I live 7 minutes down the road, the pizza had to be properly cut to be served, warmed up, and we were only able to serve THREE slices out of a large pizza. The pizza was extra thin, doughy, not edible, and not appealing to look at, let alone eat. I called the store to speak to a manager, Rashad came to the phone with the same exact unprofessionalism as I’ve experienced multiple times. Advised that he put a large pizza and soda under my number which I haven’t received as of yet. No one knows anyone’s situation, this could have been our only meal readily available and we weren’t even able to eat let alone enjoy the food.

This store upcharges by topping on the 6.99 2-topping pizza mix/match. It’s only 6.99 if you order a cheese only pizza. They charge an extra $1-2 per topping. For a 2 toping medium pizza = +$4.49 to the $6.99 coupon which is supposed to include 2-toppings.
Delivery fee is $5.99.
Food will come in an hour… typically later. Don’t expect it to be hot by the time it leaves the store. On average, ~50-minute delivery time, after departing the store (even if you’re only a few blocks away).
Slices will be all over the place, as if the person in the kitchen is more baked than the pizza… given the area its likely.
Unfortunately, Fort Washington doesn’t have any “good” pizza places.

my last experience with them was horrible. waited 2+ hours after ordering my food, the food never came but was marked as “delivered” in the app. i had to drive to the store in person because even after calling 10+ times, no one picked up the phone. after i arrived at the store and walked inside, i called their phone again to see why no one was picking up. their phone rang as i was calling it and no employee went to pick it up. when someone came to the counter to help me, they told me that the driver had already left with my food, but again, they never showed up, so maybe the driver took the food for themselves? idk. i had already tipped the driver online and didn’t get a refund of what i tipped them. i just waited 20 minutes at the store for them to remake my food. overall horrible experience. unfortunately, the few times i’ve ordered from them since haven’t been much better. i wanted to give them another chance since even just a couple years ago, they were great! they were fast, answered the phones, and i always got my food in a timely manner, but unfortunately something has changed and i never get good or fast service from them at all. hopefully i can find another dominos to deliver to me because this one won’t be getting my service anymore.

This particular Domino’s has pretty good pizza. But I’m disappointed today. I certainly won’t buy pizza from them on a Friday because I’ve had better pizza from this location. But my biggest gripe is the philly cheese steak. It’s awful. Look at the pic and you tell me. This is insulting to the name Philly steak. They took my money today but never again will I order a sandwich from here. Highly disappointed !!!!!

Tasteless pizza. One person working making pizzas and running the register all with no gloves. The man made every pizza with no gloves, no handwashing in between, touched every ingredient and machine then still boxed the pizzas. Very unsanitary and unsafe. I will avoid coming here and advise anyone else to also.

Awesome Food! Dominos has really stepped up their game. This location (Ft. Washington, Md is Busy but most times customer service is on point. I get it. Young folks get stressed easily but at least these young ones are fighting! Still room for improvement but they’re moving up and keeping it pushing!!!!

My friends and I were staying at the Wyndham for a convention nearby and our food was hours late – the entire order was wrong and missing items. When I called the “closing” manager was extremely rude and was screaming at me. She hung up the phone multiple times. And told me that even though my food was marked as delivered (when it wasn’t yet but they had clocked out the driver for the night which is weird to me). Refused to give her name so I could give it to corporate. My food was definitely tampered with and whomever the two closing managers I spoke too, need to be let go. They are rude, unprofessional and do not care about their job as the lady so stated when we asked her name to make a formal complaint. I was appalled and shocked at her behavior especially as someone who also works in customer service. Do not order from here. EVER.
