The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. I placed an order at 10:58 on the dot online on a Tuesday night The status of my order kept saying “ prep” I waited for literally an hour until calling. I finally called and the gentleman said they were short on drivers so they canceled the order, I asked so at what point were they going to call and say something?? He cut me off and said “ I’m saying something now” totally rude and unprofessional. Trust and believe, they will never get my business again.

Order placed at 11:08 pm with a 40 minute estimated time. It has now been over 2 hours waiting. Called the store multiple times, manager said “it will be there soon”, and also just didn’t pick up multiple times. I have never had anything like this happen. I wanted to cancel my order but the manager hung up before I could speak on the last call. It is now 1:10am and I’m still waiting on a pizza to be delivered from over 2 hours ago. Do not ever order from this place.

I have been a regular customer of this store. Unfortunately, the manager of this establishment lacks the basic customer service courtesy. I have been purchasing pizzas for my students in my school and never once took napkins. Today I bought large pizzas, chickens wings and cinnamon sticks for my kids and for the first time grabbed some napkins. This manager disrespectfully removed the bundle of napkins away from me. What a horrible move. Also, I have seen this guy talked down on a customer last week. This manager needs a retraining if the company wanted to attract more customers. Did I mentioned that this manager never smiles?

This is how my pizza arrived after almost an hour of waiting. It looks like the pizza in the Digiorno commercial. When I showed it to the delivery driver he said, and I quote “Man, that does look bad! It’s probably because everything was piled up on top of it.” We also had a small pizza and two orders of wings. He then proceeded to leave when I turned to set the pizza down. The box was actually stuck to the pizza. This supposed to be half pepperoni, half cheese. haven’t ordered Domino’s since the beginning of the pandemic and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!
