I mistakenly ordered the 16 piece wings. I asked for 8 to be honey barbecue and 8 to be buffalo style. I can’t imagine what they were thinking. The wings look like they took them out of a pack of prebreaded wings and drizzled a bit of sauce on them. the breading was awful and the buffalo wings tasted slimy. I would not going to this Dominoes in Lanham for wings. I paid $22 for something that wasn’t edible. I was so disappointed!

The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn’t even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It’s insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued as a customer.

Pizzas were delivered smashed and the cheese was stuck to the inside lid of the box. I called to complain and the rude “manager” said he could give a refund but wanted the pizzas returned. My kids were hungry and had already started eating them so he said he could just deliver another set. We waited almost an hour and no delivery. I called back again and he answered with an attitude and very unprofessional saying that he never said they would deliver new pizzas and wanted photos which I took. He refused to refund or replace the pizzas. Based on previous reviews, seems like this location is extremely unprofessional and many will not be doing business with them including me.

The service was professional and fast. I did not appreciate that the kids who took my order and typed on the keyboard went back and made my pizza without gloves and without washing his hands. Proceeded to adjust his earbuds then went back to adding cheese to my pizza.
The guy next to him same thing, wiped his hands on the apron when he was done with making 2 pies and continued their conversation until the next pie.
Zero hand washing or glove wearing but they had masks on, so I guess I am lucky?

Feel free to come if you like hair in your pizza because these workers don’t wear no nets to cover their hair and/or beards.
It sickened me that when I was eating pizza with my family, something told me to look at my pizza, and lo and behold I see hair and that made me check the 2 other boxes for hair and I found more hair!
I was very repulsed by it too because me and my family were eating slices of pizza, but who would’ve thought that there would be hair in it…
The manager there was also rude when we brought it back to show them and he decides to say we ate half of it, and that was straight nonsense because of course we ate it, but did we know there would be hair? No we didn’t. So that’s why we stopped eating it and my entire family was disgusted because they all believe the ate hair now.
Then he decides to accuse my family by saying it’s our hair and that was highly rude because our hair type wasn’t the same as theirs and I wish I could just go on, but if you don’t want hair in your pizza then make sure you go to a place where they have nets covering their hair so your food won’t be contaminated.

A bad experience with the deliver we get a cold pizza that was over cooked a sandwich with out chicken and over cooked..
So I decided to go to the store to speak to the manager and there was like 10 other people waiting for their orders.

We decided to order from this Domino’s after a busy day and we’re hoping for something quick. We placed our order at 6:30 and it’s now 7:46 and we haven’t received our order. We live a few miles down the road. I placed delivery because I have several kids and the baby was already asleep so I couldn’t just load them up to go pick it up myself.
The app says the driver left at 6:56 to deliver our order. I called the restaurant and they said there was an issue and the driver will be here eventually. No apologies. In fact, if anything he sounded annoyed.
Kicking myself for ordering from here. If you want a quick pizza, go to any of the other franchises or places. Don’t order from this place. They will leave you hungry and don’t offer any help.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. The driver took forever and kept lying about being at the delivery location and the effrontery to ask me to shut up while he was lying. He eventually showed up and clearly just arrived as to the lies of being at the location when he was not there with zero remorse. I called the store and the manager picked at first to let me know the driver was on the way. I called over and over again to report the driver but no one picked. Clearly the manager and the driver are on the same boat. What a horrible team!

Your store is HORRIBLE. You have the worst people working there who have 0 customer service and offer NO apologies for delayed/incorrect. I ordered for delivery on July 1st, and it took so long I had to go to the store to pick up my order. They offered no customer service or apologies for it being so delayed or having to get it myself. No offer to refund delivery charge or ANYTHING. I (begrudgingly) ordered again tonight, and as you can see from the pictures and time stamps it again was delayed. I ordered at 6:05. The driver left the store at 6:27. My order was FINALLY delivered at 7:38pm. It was cold, and to top it off….wrong. I don’t know what changed in this store because they used to be absolutely perfect, but whatever it is ONLY order from here IF you want a wrong, cold order that is delivered HOURS after you place your order no matter if it is wrong…..If I could give a negative star…I would.
