The owners has a beautiful you lady working the counter who can’t speak or understand English. She had to go in the back to find someone to answer my questions and explain to me I had to order on line to get the special. That same young woman who couldn’t help me with my order proceed to make my pizza without washing her hands and not using any gloves. When I arrived she was eating pepperonis with her fingers in her mouth. That’s nasty and unsanitary. I had to demand she wash her hands or put on gloves she didn’t understand what I was saying. Again the woman had to come from the back and explain the situation to the young woman. Now I’m uncomfortable because they’re speaking in the language I have no idea what they’re saying. If I hadn’t already placed an order and paid on line I would have left. How many other customers are they not washing there hands before or not using gloves before there food is made?? I almost forgot order extra cheese and pepperoni there was not a pepperoni in site??

I’m so sad there was hair in my pizza. I opened the box and that was the first thing I saw. Also as far as the wings go, couldn’t really find them. They dumped a bucket of sauce on them. I have ordered from this location before and it was ok. But will definitely switch in the future. It did get to me really quickly. Look for more reviews from Taste to Takiya

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER HERE. THEY ARE SO SLOW AND EASILY OVERWHELMED HERE!! CAME FRIDAY MORNING FOR MY KIDS VDAY PARTY PIZZA AND WAS ASKED TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 20-30 mins!! THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED MY ORDER!!! The lady still had the door locked at 10:15am, had the phone ringing non stop while no intention to pick it up all because she was concerned on where her delivery driver was? Why is this dominos so overstaffed in the evenings and barely has one person for the store and one for deliveries? Please do better, horrible attitude btw.

It’s sad to say that the neighborhood dominos has Horrible customer service, The elderly lady manger that works the night shift has a really bad attitude and she got my order wrong and when I ask her to remake my pizza cause I’m allergic she tries to charge me for her mistake, I don’t recommend this place when she’s around maybe the lunch staff are better !!

THEY DISRESPECT MUSLIMS!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a vege pizza via carry out .. get home and there was pepperoni on my pizza . Called the store to complain for their inconvenience they want me to come to the store and get a new pizza .. why ? Or credit me for another pizza what makes you think I’ll be coming back .. the person who answered the phone sound like he couldn’t be bothered ! Poor customer service!!! Why would you put pork on a vege pizza !!

If I could give zero stars…I would. Today, Friday the 11th of 2025 we placed an order and after one hour and a half of waiting — the food never arrived. I called and called the store and they never helped (calls are recorded so I’m sure corporate can figure that out). I had to literally drive to the store and was confronted by teens (with no customer service skills whatsoever — like literally zero) who blatantly told me “what did I want them to do” lol this store and company is a complete joke. I asked them to remake the order for me and what the guy said is he will just cancel my order. They added insult to injury. What I understood from my conversation with them is that they sent 15, yes 15!!!!, orders with one driver at the same time. I told them that they should have just shut down the app and not take any orders and all they could do is smirk. They couldn’t care less!!! Have been a customer for many, MANY, years and will literally delete their app right now. Never buying again. Definitely don’t recommend. What a complete, total, and utter disappointment this spot is.

We are calling to order pizza but no one is answering the phone. So, we decided to go to the dominos and then one of the employee wasn’t wearing mask (not properly wearing the right way) as you can see in the pictures i posted below. I’m very disappointed they’re not following the safety guidelines. They do not care about other people safety and the other lady (employee) she was on the side and texting not doing anything. As I mentioned earlier we are trying to call but no one is answering. Very unprofessional .
