Horrible service. Horrible attitude from the employee named MIKE. I have never in my life had to go back and forth with somebody about an error THEY made. Some people just wanna be right instead of taking responsibility and fixing things to make sure the CUSTOMER that has spent there money is satisfied. I order and spend my money too much here to be disrespected the way I was. First and foremost I ordered a delivery which means I obviously don’t feel like leaving out the house because I have the FLU !!! Proceed to order Dominos ! I told the call center 2 STEAK and cheese without provolone and NO TOPPINGS !!! Someone calls me back from the store to confirm. I said yes just steak and cheese no toppings. The delivery driver comes and I’m ready to eat and take my medicine and there is no meat on the damn sub !!!!! Like are you serious ? So I call and ask where is the meat and the employee whose name is MIKE gone tell me that’s what I ordered I said no I didn’t and can you please make the sandwiches correct and resend the delivery. I already tipped $5 ! He proceeds to tell me I have to reorder and pay again. Why? It was your mistake. Clearly. He wants to go back and forth and tell me no and that I can come up there to correct the problem. Why would I come up there when you can fix the problem and come get the wrong food and bring the right food ?!!! So even tho I’m sick I go up there and he proceeds to say your food is in the oven I’m like why didn’t you just re deliver them and he says I’m sick of you people. I don’t get paid enough and claims somebody was yelling at him. Yea because you messed up my order then wouldn’t re deliver and then tried to recharge me. Luckily another manager was at the site from the Berry Road location and he was a WITNESS to this employees ignorance. He ended up giving me a $70 credit for his store. I ended up getting my refund because by then I lost my appetite and didn’t trust his hands to make my food. As the customer my order should have been fixed and sent back out. I will never order from here again and I will also be contacting regional managers and district managers about this issue.

I had a horrible experience last night with Latasha. I specifically put on my instructions last night to NOT RING MY DOORBELL because I have a dog and sleeping baby inside. Not only did she ring my doorbell but she LIED in my face about it when I asked her. My dog was going crazy and almost woke up the baby. I found out she lied when we watched the RECORDED ring door bell. This is by far my worst experience with domino’s over these 10 years. DO BETTER! TELL THE TRUTH!! READ DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!

I Order my pizza online got my pizza , I come home and I go to grab a slices and ended up grabbing my whole pizza in the air due to it not being cut at all , I call the store to ask them what was the issue to my pizza not being cut she then goes on to tell me that are pizza cutter is not that good , I then ask is there anything you can do for the compensation the young lady then tells me no and I ask to speak with the manager, she never put the manager on the phone , she tells me the manager said the best I can do is drive all the way back up there just for you to re cut my pizza and call it a day. This is unacceptable from domino’s , I payed for my food to be complete not the customer do it yourself , Don’t come here staff is very unhelpful.

I placed an order by phone. When I arrived at the snallwood location, the order was incorrect. The manager said “that was a call center error, but I will remake it.” I said so now I’ll have to wait. And his response was “yep”. Horrible customer service. I had a $50, and he said “we don’t take that”. It is not notated anywhere on the website that a $50 dollar bill isn’t accepted. The manager said “it is on the front of the registers”. Well, how will that inform the customer who is coming in to pay. This manager needs a refresher in customer service.

Not my fav pizza place just close by. I ordered on line which went fine but wouldn’t give me an option to have multiple sauces! very dissapointed if you have to pay for extra toppings why can’t you pay for extra sauce I don’t get it. I even called up the and was told I couldn’t do that that’s why there’s no option. I’ve only found one pizza place that you can actually customize a pizza to the T you can get anything you want on a pizza. And my pizza looked horrible it looked like a sink hole doesn’t look very appetizing.

Decent. Dominos needs to toss the wings so they are evenly coated. The wings look like they pour sauce in the box right before they close the lid.

They do a great job on the food. Typically nearly perfect in terms of food quality. They lack on the service side. Often, they will cancel your order if you order after a certain time. It makes no sense to allow an order to be placed if it cannot be fulfilled. Small businesses know to turn off their orders 30, 45, or 60 minutes before closing. But Multimillion dollar Domino’s can’t get it right.
The amount of time and energy wasted ruins the ability to search for alternative delivery methods that would have delivered!
