My experience was incredibly frustrating with this location. My pizza had barely any sauce, and when I called, I was told it was my fault for ordering light sauce. “if I didn’t want it to be dry, I should’ve ordered regular sauce”. I was told they “made it right” and they weren’t going to fix it.
When I asked for a manager, I was told he was “too busy” and that they knew everything was right because corporate was visiting next week.
Not only was the food wrong, the attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I was frustrated and admittedly rude in response but that was after being shocked at how little they cared to help.

This place puts the STEMS of jalapeños on the pizzas. The stems are gross and no one eats them; everyone knows this. There were THREE jalapeño stems on my pizza. Outrageous. Rating 3 stars instead of 1 because I’ve had good experiences with them before.

This Domino’s location is the worst, this is the 2 time I get a freaking New York style pizza that seems to be a thin crust. I ordered 2 large extra cheese pizzas with different toppings, but once we opened the boxes, we were very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this location, you’re better of driving to another location.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one medium with normal sauce and a large with extra sauce. Took a bite and didn’t taste or see the sauce after taking the cheese off. I don’t recommend a pizza without sauce. Good thing the large has some sauce, it definitely didn’t have extra sauce on it. Also, both boxes are the same size, I ordered a large and medium.

1 Star because I keep giving this Domino’s a chance and they fail. 3 Stars for food because while it tasted okay, it was seriously lacking in abundance. The employees are fine but Domino’s is getting REALLY stingy. My medium, pan, beef with EXTRA Cheese that I had to pay for EXTRA cheese was a lesson in how not to make a pizza. I didn’t look at my pizza until I got home, shame on me. Even when we have ordered (delivery) just a regular (amount) cheese pizza with pepperoni, there is BARELY any cheese, ever. Look at my picture, you can see the bare spots of dough peeking through, barely ANY sauce, 25 teeny tiny pieces of ground beef (hard and over cooked) and where is the cheese?? It was a ONE topping pizza of beef and it should be COVERED in beef (and cheese since I paid for extra!). I’m not happy, I work hard, I treat myself to YOUR pizza and this is what we get. Heading to Pizza Hut down the road and some other nice, artisan places that are much better nearby. I’ve written to corporate too because we have been burned too many times by Dominos.

STERLING PARK DOMINOS/NEXT TO HARBOR FREIGHT STINKS!
Don’t waste your money, worst pizza ever. This place is SO cheap, they don’t cover the whole pizza with cheese-even when you pay an upcharge for extra cheese. Crust was way overcooked and not good at all.
UPDATE- gave this another try because I love pizza. They just don’t pay attention to what is ordered. Still can’t get a pizza with enough cheese to cover the majority of the crust. Again, I paid for extra cheese, but they only covered half of the crust.

I love Sterling Dominos. Very quick, super hot, perfect amount of toppings, real cheese. Their pizza is so good I would prefer it any day to pizza hut!

Ordered a garlic Parmesan sauce based pizza as always and today I got it burnt. This was my 4 th similar pizza from the same store but the previous ones were good. Called the store to ask why my pizza was burned and I got a reply saying “ sir if I make the pizza again it will still be burnt due to the sauce” didn’t expect that answer from a dominos pizza store.
