I have ordered from this location several times. Tonight after working over 12 hrs this is how my pizza was just delivered. Additionally, and it is small maybe, but matters to shift workers – my wife is already sleep & I requested not to ring the door bell. Lo and behold, it was rung, and woke her up… this is unacceptable y’all.

Pretty disappointed in the service tonight. Arrived around 4:30 along with another female customer and although there were about 5 workers, neither of us were acknowledged. We waited for someone to help us when a male customer entered and was acknowledged by a young male worker and assisted right away while we were standing there. I was then helped by the female worker and expressed my disappointment in what had happened and she profusely apologized. As I was being helped, another male customer entered and was again helped by the young male worker rather than helping the other female customer who was waiting as long as I was. I guess if I want to order from here again, I’ll need to send my husband to pick up.

Tried to ask about the gluten free pizza and the lady on the phone was so rude. What’s the point of having a certified gf crust shipped to your store if you dont have a celiac protocol in place when it gets there. Its not that hard to use a new utensil and keep it off shared surfaces. Ive eaten plenty of places without getting sick. If she had genuinely just said, im not comfortable or confident that we can make it celiac safe. Okay! But instead she said “I’m not being responsible for that” in a very hateful tone. I’m so sorry to offend and inconvenience her with my disease. Thanks for offering gf pizza…for who?

In my opinion dominos is the best value pizza around. Except when i called to order one time there was a lot of loud noise going on in the back. Struck me as a little unprofessional but otherwise we got the pizza and it was fine.

It’s a small store so hard to grade on atmosphere but food was great and the gentlemen working there were fantastic! Also I got the stuffed crust and it’s so much better than Pizza Hut! I’m so glad they started doing this and I hope they keep it!

Got pizza, wings and parmasean bites. The cheese on the wings were burnt and had not enough buffalo sauce. The pizza was good and the parmasean bites were amazing. Im really disappointed in the boneless wings. I had to scrape off all the burnt parts off.

I ordered pizza from here tonight, and I met the driver in the actual parking lot because he called to tell me he was there, before he was [there] at the entrance of my apartment complex and then when I told him I was at outside at the entrance already he responded with, “I’m be there shortly” and immediately hung up before I could respond.
Then, he presented me the opening of the pizza bag after I walked to meet him, while he looked away and made me grab the pizza out of the bag. Leaving a sauce cup I paid for in there.
So, idk. I tipped 10 bucks before the fact. And I want to take it all back. Worst experience from a driver from this location. Also, I will not order from here again. I’ve always tipped well and treated the drivers very nicely; not making them navigate an apartment complex; not rude to them, etc. So, what was the problem?
