March 2026, Today I ordered the $9.99 “Build Your Own Pizza with Any Toppings” special. I specifically chose the Handmade Pan crust, but the pizza I received was made with thin crust instead.
I was disappointed because I did not receive the crust I ordered. If the Handmade Pan crust was unavailable, I would have appreciated being informed before the order was completed.
The 3rd picture shows a dime-sized rock baked into the pizza. Completely unacceptable and a serious safety hazard. Someone could easily break a tooth. This shows a major lack of quality control and attention to food safety. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a pizza and you literally can’t mess it up as bad as this if you tried. Two pizzas normal crust. Pizza I receive is pan style crust that is raw and uncooked… if that couldn’t be the worst of it all is that they sent out two pizzas that were already raw and didn’t even put sauce on the pizza. PIZZA WITHOUT SAUCE. Waiting to receive refund. Food poisoning waiting to happen!

Poor Customer Service & No Support
I had a very frustrating experience at this Domino’s location. I placed an order and immediately realized an item was added by mistake. I asked the staff to cancel or correct it right away, but they completely refused to help and said cancellation was not possible—even though the order had just been placed.
Because of this, I had to cancel food I had ordered from another vendor, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. The staff showed no willingness to resolve the issue or even explain properly. There was zero customer care or flexibility.
Mistakes can happen, but how staff handles them matters. This location clearly does not care about customer experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

Someone at Dominos headquartered should inspect this store. This store never offered deals promoted by Dominos online or in tv ads. They simply say they don’t have it. In stead of buy my 15 dollars deal, I spend 30 dollars or so every time. The order takers was never polite. I say this dominos should closed and give way to better shops.

The moment I asked about the online special she was completely turned off. She told me to order online which I did while in the store and then at the end…. I had to thank her to get my pizza. So, I ordered food, left a note to bring change for a $100 (food price was $45). Driver arrives telling me has only $17 change. They claimed to have called twice (nothing in my missed phone call log). Whatever at this point I call them back tell them to come bring my food and tell the driver to collect a $55 tip because I have no choice. Kids needed to eat and didn’t want to make them wait any longer while I made something for them. Terrible experience and customer service, telling me about people robbing drivers.

Food was fine but I put out specific instructions for delivery and it wasn’t followed which led to me having to wait an hour til I could even get my food. Super irritating after tipping and paying a delivery fee. Never tip before service. Actually ridiculous.
