Have been going to this domino’s for a while now and have always been happy with the food. However my last experience here was something special that I wanted to share. I ordered online for later pickup. When I got to the store, my order wasn’t ready and I quickly realized that I had ordered for pickup an hour later than I wanted to. I messed up, and fully expected to have to cancel my order and do a new one. HOWEVER! The employees took great care of me and I got my food quickly. They even apologized for the inconvenience and offered something to drink as I waited. Excellent experience and fantastic customer service. Food was great as usual as well. Thanks so much!

They were extremely busy tonight and very backed up. It had been 40 minutes already so I decided to cancel my order. The young gentleman said they would refund my money and make my order for free if I waited, so I said ok. Unfortunately there was a mixup in communication and he thought I left so 15 minutes later I was still waiting for my food. Reason I’m giving five stars? The manager handled the entire situation very professionally. She made my order personally and brought it out to me herself so she could apologize for the confusion. She not only upgraded my drink and refunded my money, but she gave me a credit for a future order! I would’ve been happy with the refund but she really went above and beyond. Thank you!
