If i could give no stars I would. Walked in to get a pizza i ordered curbside but decided I’d go into to pick it up inside (figure have them work less). I brought my service animal in who by federal law is allowed at any establishment. I was then told to step outside because dogs are not allowed. I proceeded to tell the gentleman he is a service animal (he is wearing a tag that says so) and he says something along the lines of “yea well please go outside”. So I was handed my order outside of the establishment. Dominos was always my favorite pizza place however since they don’t teach employees about federal laws in the state of Virginia I will NOT be returning to any dominos pizza ever again. It’s as simple as informing your employees of such things.

By far the worst service and experience ever! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I ordered pizza and hr before closing time and the pizza never arrived. By the time I called back they were closed. I called back next day explaining what happened and they told me I’d have to wait until 4pm to speak to mgt. By now I’m heated, finally manager calls back and rather than being apologetic about the inconvenience it caused he started to defend his employee saying he went there and called which he NEVER did. He talked over me, not once apologized and refused to give me his full name. Brian is very unprofessional and rude manager. Poor customer service and poor management. I will NEVER order from this location ever again!

This is the closest thing to a hometown Delicious Pizza Place! I have been ordering from this Dominos for about 6 yrs now and they have NEVER disappointed my family. Unlike many franchises, this Dominos remains consistent with their quality and service. I can not say enough good things about them. I just ordered a “Fantastic Friday” Pizza and am sooo looking forward to wrapping this week up with an awesome cheesy, hot, perfectly prepared Pizza!!! Maybe I will take a picture of it when it comes and post it…. 🙂

accidentally placed a future order instead of same-day for carryout. when my younger siblings arrived to pick up, the workers were so rude to them. i called to get it handled and my sisters said the guy was saying i was calling the wrong store and treating them like they were dumb. like sir i gotta get through the dominos automatic directory first and then itll connect me to you. then when it finally went though the lady who first picked up rolled her eyes and passed it to the guy and said “ you can deal with it “. never had bad delivery experience but picking up is something else. im aware the order was not their fault, but they can save the attitude and disrespect, especially since the kids went to go get it.

We get delivery here sometimes. I used to just get the sandwiches mostly and salads. Now they have a buffalo chicken pizza that I really like. I always add mushrooms and tomatoes to it. It has some zip with the buffalo wing sauce. YUM!!
