I’ve had a lot of dominos pizza, so I think I can say I’m a good judge of their pizza. Friendly service and the pizza tasted great. The only thing I noticed was the crust (their signature crust) wasnt as fluffy as usually which was a little disappointing, but still tasted good. Overall, it was a great experience.

Dominos has the best price and the best flavor of wings and pizza. The driver always finds my home even though it is unaccessible on Google maps. The staff is friendly and prompt. I recommend this dominos to anyone who lives in the Bristow, Nokesville area. They are not stingy on their sauces either.

I ordered wings from Domino’s last night. I wanted them crispy. So I went in this morning and the manger so kindly remade my wins. They were fresh, hot and delicious. The habnero wings . Today went to Dominoes to get lunch for myself and two other employees at our office. Ordered a pizza and 2 orders of plain wings. Took the order back to the office and out of 12 wings there were only 2 flats. Mostly drumsticks and very small. I called to ask them why wasn’t there more variety but after calling 8 times in a row and getting no answer I see the problem is way worse than my drumsticks. What a disappointment.

Horrible experience, customer service was horrible called to cancel an order, believe I spoke to the manager at the moment which was around 715 pm, regardless of who they didn’t even respond but just hung up the phone, what a way to treat customers.. Pizza took about 1hr an half to get were I was, but called to cancel way before. Still came to drop off pizza, driver didn’t even know the order had been canceled. He then called and they told him that if I wanted to still pay for the pizza that I could and keep these barley warm pizzas. Overall bad experience, won’t order from this location ever again. Save yourself the time.

I like Domino’s thin crust pizza, but when a medium thin crust with double mushrooms came to $15.57 I have to give them a terrible review! Especially because the people working there know that there are coupon deals to save customer money and the the same pizza would only cost $5.99 if the person working there would let you know that if you just ordered one more item for $5.99 you would get that deal. Just warning anyone else who is on a budget to check the specials before they get reamed!

Customer service was poor. Very impatient staff when on the phone. Very rude. They definitely need an attitude adjustment when talking to customers over the phone. We were trying to fix a problem that we had with a coupon and instead of fixing the problem or telling us that they had fixed the problem, they rang us out for a second order and snapped at us when we asked *politely* if we would be refunded for the previous order that was a mistake. It’s not that hard to explain to a customer what is being done and what to expect in a polite manner when the customer is also being polite back. I’m fine ordering from a different store from now on, I’ve had better experience elsewhere.
