I ordered a pizza with a steak cheese sandwich, and after an hour of waiting I never received my order which I paid for. I received a cold pizza which instantly went into the trash upon tasting, and a couple of cold bread pieces which I am assuming are Parmesan bites even though I didn’t order it. I reached out the store and I was kept on hold for 10 mins before even speaking to someone and once I did I was informed that I couldn’t even receive the right order even though I had already paid and it was clear that the driver had made an error by delivering my food to someone else! He placed me on hold again and eventually just said that they’ll give me a refund in 24-48 hours and hung up the phone as If I inconvenienced him by the mistake his employees and store created originally. This definitely ruined my night especially since I have a young daughter who was unable to eat in a timely fashion due to this negligent customer service which was the entire reason I bought the pizza! This stores quality has really diminished over the years and now I’m starting to understand why there are so many negative comments from the community regarding this Domino’s store in particular! Especially in regards to its reputation for poor customer service, bad quality of food being distributed, and extremely unprofessional employees.

Does this look like extra cheese? This was one of the driest pizzas I’ve ever had from Domino’s. The quality has deteriorated. I literally threw the Domino’s Pizza away and ordered from Papa Johns. Domino’s is the picture to the left while Papa Johns is the picture to the right. Clearly a huge difference. I’ve officially given up on Domino’s. Too many bad experiences.

Would love to rate the food but we ordered an hour and half ago via the app and the pizza has been stuck in “quality check” for the last hour so we haven’t received it and don’t expect to. We’ve called three times and each time they hung up on us! The last time we even told the woman who picked up not to hang up and she hung up anyway! Get it together.

I placed my delivery through uber eats and took the time to provide clear delivery instructions, thinking it would help ensure a smooth experience. Instead, the dominos driver outrightly told me he wouldn’t follow my instructions because he had too many orders. Seriously? That’s not just rude; it’s completely unprofessional!
After that frustrating encounter, I called the store hoping to resolve the issue. But instead of getting any support, the manager actually reinforced the driver’s dismissive attitude and told me to contact Uber for a refund. This is beyond frustrating! This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing considering I provided a tip before the order was delivered expecting much better service. I expect a real response to this situation!

I ordered at 6:28pm and waited… I never received my order so I called back at 8:28pm still with no order. They tell me it would be an hour wait because it’s a “Sunday” after waiting PAST and hour already. It’s 9:00pm and I have never received a single call of my order arriving. I got so fed up i decided to randomly check outside because no way have I waited 2 hours and 50 minutes for my order. Turns out my food was left on my doors step and now entire order is COLD!! I called them back to ask if I can get afresh new order and they told me my order had already arrived around 7pm!! I called back the first time with a bullshit response and now to hear this??? Yeah never order here.
