Not great. Over 45 minutes past time. Delivering to my hotel and said they would call when they arrived and never did. Pizza was cold and looked like it was thrown in the box. Do better.

Ordered Dominos a little after 11pm. Didn’t receive my food until almost 1am. Not even warm anymore and the box of parm bites was completely soaked through with oil. I wouldn’t have ordered if the estimated wait time was so long but when I ordered it said I wouldn’t get the food no later than 12:10. The food left the store less than 15min after I ordered and was in the car out for delivery for well over an hour.

Decided to place an order for two medium pizzas. One pepperoni, medium pizza with extra cheese and another meat lovers pizza with extra cheese
The pepperoni pizza was fine however they gave me a supreme pizza with extra black olives and green peppers on it instead of the meats pizza that I have ordered.
I had to physically walk back to the store for them to take the box of pizza that had the wrong pizza in it from my significant other hands, put it in the back on the top shelf with the rest of the pizzas, waiting for people to either pick them up or for them to deliver the pizza. They had an issue with remaking the pizza, even though it was the wrong pizza they gave me. When people walked in there, one particular guy asked them what their name was for their order. But when Other people particularly people of color walked in there they want to know the name for the order the phone number associated with the order. What time was the order picked up? It’s giving sketchy customer service..
Oh, and you want to know what happened to the pizza we had to bring back to the store. The guy took the pizza off the top shelf, gave it to his friend put some toppings on it, placed it On a whole different shelf, as if they was either gonna take it home or try to resell it to somebody
Honestly, there’s a Pizza Hut that’s not far &pizza that’s not far. Papa John’s is not far. I would go to those places the next time otherwise I will pick up a frozen pizza from the store and put it in the oven.

Poor tracking, slow service. This no fault of the delivery drivers let me make that clear. The kitchen is very slow. Please be wary of this location. Order pizza from somewhere else if you’re in a hurry. I ordered this at 9:20pm and it finally delivered by 11pm.

The delivery took forever even though it’s right down the road. The pizza was bad… I don’t think I’ve ever actually had bad pizza before… I didn’t think it was possible. It was freezing cold and they forgot part of our order. Not worth it…

I order a habanero chicken sandwich. The bread was broken up and only half of the sandwich was filled. I also ordered two medium pizzas. Although my place is less than 10 minutes away, the pizza was not fresh. When a pizza is freshly made you will still see the oil on the crust. The pizza was dry. The hand tossed bread was so flat and dry. What happened to the crust rising? They hardly put any meat on the pizza and it was dry. The second pizza, the thin crust, was also dry . I had to put oil on a cookie sheet, place the pizza on it and put oil on top of the pizza in order to eat it. Raoule and Imron made my order. Thanks to the driver Rita, who was a blessing. She went above and beyond to take my food back. And even though she wasn’t the food maker, she made sure they made it right. As a driver she was patient and understanding. She turned an awful experience around. Oh yes I don’t know the new people Dominos has now, but the service was 100% better last year.

I live only a mile away from the store, and the first time I ordered, it took over an hour for my food to arrive and they forgot the sauces I paid for. I just ordered again for the second time months later, and my order was marked as complete but was never delivered. I’ve been on hold with the store for 30 minutes but no one is picking up. Please do not order from this store.
