Come on guys, do better, this is ridiculous, I have ordered here many times and it keeps getting worse, do I need to come teach you how to run a dominos and cut a pizza?? Former GM of 6 years at a dominos and this is how you send my pizza, last night yall forgot to send my paid for garlic dip cup, so tonight I requested it be sent and Robert (Jeep) showed up and it was not there once again, then this is how my pizza looks after it arrived, how does 2 people eat this unevenly cut pizza? There are lines literally in the box that are used as guides to cut the pizza and you can’t even follow them? I sent the photo to corporate to show them the quality of their food being sent out. Such a shame because I do order here frequently when I am in the area.

SORRY BUT IT WAS THE WORSE PIZZA AND WINGS EVER… So I ordered DOMINOS ON A WHIM.. Becaus3 I have not had it in a while. So we ordered 2 pizzas and some wings and the cinnamon twists. So the pizza with the toppings barely had any cheese on it which is just sad. The chicken wings online show the sauce in the wings, but unfortunately did not come that way. They gave us dipping sauce. I ordered mild wings and they gave me HOT BUFFULO.. If I wanted HOT I would have ordered hot. Anyway the wings were not even fresh or hot. Kinda like they were sitting under a warmer for an hour or so. THE PIZZA WAS HORRIBLE.. WE WERE GOING TO TAKE THE PIZZA BACK BUT WHATS THE POINT. The kids tore into it already so it was pointless… I just will not order again.

Yesterday we ordered 2 boxes of pizza and paid $48.56 but we got a horrible order. Meat did taste right, bacon doesn’t seem to or taste like bacon, cheese doesn’t melt when you heat it up.They even sent the email stating “THAT DELIVERY WAS NOT WHAT WE HOPED IT WOULD BE”. Unfortunately we were not offered a refund or a new pizza. It’s ridiculous to pay a lot of money on pizza and add on tips but they deliver what you were not expecting to get.

I was hesitant to leave a review after the experience that we had. I understand that people have their bad days. But this was beyond… My friend and I ordered over the phone at 9:00. It said that the store itself closed for pick up at 9:45. They said it would be about 10 minutes and so we went and got our pizza. The guy behind the counter taking the orders was very kind. The guy making the pizza was extremely vocal about how the guy up front answering the phones should have told everyone that they were closed at 9:15. He was visibly angry, threw things around while making pizza, was very vocal about how angry he was that anybody was ordering anything, and how much he hated working there. I get it, I’ve worked with the public, I’ve worked in food service and I have worked at a bar. Working with people can suck . I worked at a grocery store during COVID, so I’m hyper aware. We were nothing but nice, we thanked them for doing what they did, and we were not the last customers of the night, etc. He still made a big deal out of us being there and made it very obvious that we were the worst people to ever exist. It was very uncomfortable and I’m sorry that he hates his job so much. Hopefully he finds peace.

For the third time in a row, my order has been processed by the online system, “made”, then cancelled either prior to delivery, or in today’s case after delivery so my credit card got charged. They can make a dominos pizza just fine, as long as you don’t want to eat the pizza you’ll be perfectly happy.

Tracker had pizzas on the warmer 27 minutes before it left the store. So warm pizza not hot and still can’t complete the cuts so have to cut myself. Same as 2 years ago only this time pizza on the warmer 29 minutes and not in bag when delivered. Still have to cut pizza myself as the cuts aren’t done properly and calling doesn’t get any decent answers. Tried to contact thru Customer Support and couldn’t get it done. Only reason still use is cause only pizza we all like the taste of.

I just ordered carside delivery from this Domino’s and the employee Erica had an attitude that she had to bring me my food so when I asked for plates and napkins she said they didn’t have any this week. The funny thing is she told me this a few weeks back so I find it hard to believe that the store continuously forgets to order napkins and plates. If this is the case the manager should be fired and/or retrained on supply chain management. This will be my last time ordering from Dominos!!!
