The manager on Duty (Keith) refused to refund my money for an order which exceeded a delivery time of well over 90 minutes. As a former Corporate Regional Manager for Dominos Corporate I know full well that this manager could have refunded the order. The amount of the order is immaterial, it’s the principle that I was not contacted or informed that my order would be so late. This order was not placed during a traditionally busy time. It was not “game day”! Further, Keith did not offer as much as an apology. I will make it my life’s work to ensure that others are not treated in such a manner.

Ordered delivery from here tonight for my pregnant wife and one of our pizzas was undercooked. There was raw dough that my pregnant wife almost ate. I called to tell them and they wouldn’t deliver a replacement, they told me it would be a credit and said I’d have to drive there to show them proof. Then the worker hung up on me without coming to a resolution. They wouldn’t even refund me. Unbelievable, never eating here again

Ordered pizza online at 5.30pm yesterday for delivery. Order was checked and finished cooking at 5.50pm. Received pizza at 6.55pm. Pizza was cold. When I called was told they were short on delivery personnel, then why not wait to cook the pizza until later so it’s not cold when delivered

I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 liter soda. They have anymore 2 liters so I got 3 20oz instead and to purchase another for my family of 4. The pizza was so dry, not enough pizza sauce. Dont remember their pizza tasting like this. Will not be ordering from there again!

I noticed something was off with my Spinach and Feta cheesy bread. I opened it up and the dough was still raw. The cheese on top was melted so it seemed done until I bit into it.

I have been ordering from the location on Jerome Drive in Cheswald, DE since it opened and never experienced the level of incompetence that happened tonight. When the driver delivered my food it was.not in the red bag used to keep food warm (given the fact it is 33 degrees outside) -it was just handed to me and the pizza box was cold. The wings were cold as well. The only thing that was warm was the pasta only because it was in an aluminum container. I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me that he did not see that I ordered any wings and also that he didn’t understand what my complaint was so nothing could be done. I ended the phone call and went to the store with the cold food and he claimed he still couldn’t find the order in the system. I told him that makes no sense due to the fact that they fulfilled the order. He then asked for my receipt and said then said they could only issue a credit once they have proof of the purchase.This lunacy was just too much. I will not be ordering from this location at all and I hope whoever manages this store finds more competent employees. This is sad and ridiculous. If there was a zero rating this location certainly deserves it. What a joke and a bitter disappointment.

Every experience I’ve ever had – but one – has been good. I like jalapenos, but my husband doesn’t and unfortunately I think his food was affected by someone handling both orders without washing hands/changing gloves. Other than that, our deliveries are quick, the folks are friendly and more often than not the food is cooked to perfection. Love this Domino’s!

It was not even warm and my oldest child was finally about to cook something when my husband checked the app and they were finally a few minutes away.

Had what was probably the worst pizza of my life. It literally fell apart when picking it up. Whoever cut it must have been blind because it was so uneven. Wings were barely sauced and mushy. Tasted microwaved. Everything was grossly overpriced! We used this location for convenience. Now I know why I don’t usually order mass produced pizza.
