I am very disappointed with my recent experience with this Domino’s location. I live five minutes away by car and about fifteen minutes on foot. I placed an order and was told the delivery would take less than thirty minutes. However, I waited over an hour.
I tracked the delivery driver through the Domino’s app and watched him go to several locations before coming near my address. A friend and I saw the Domino’s car literally speed right past my house without stopping. Ten to fifteen minutes later, the driver called and said he was lost. It took another ten to fifteen minutes before he finally found my home. My address is easy to locate with GPS, so this was very disappointing.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. The cheese had melted and stuck to the top of the cardboard box, and the toppings had slid to one side. The driver apologized briefly and handed me the food, but that was it.
This experience could have been avoided with more attention to detail and better service. I expected more from a store so close to my home. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order at 9:22 it is11:13 I haven’t received my order and no one is answering the phone. I called customer care and got hung up on. I’ve been calling since 10:30 it says my order is being delivered said that since 10:39 and that’s the second time it’s done it

I never received my order. Samuel was preparing my food while David was assigned to deliver it, yet it never arrived. I order from here often and had no missed calls or messages—especially important since I work in a prison and can’t always access my phone. This situation was very unprofessional. The manager said I would be refunded, but I’m still waiting to see if that actually happens. I waited 2–3 hours for my food, which is completely unacceptable.

Horrible. I ordered two pizzas. The deiver called me saying that she couldn’t find my address. (Even though i’ve had pizza delivered from them many times) i gave her directions, but she hanged up on me. 10 minutes later, my pizza is not delivered. In the meantime, The app tracker shows the order as delivered. I call the store, and they tell me that they have to put me on hold until the driver gets there, because they need to ask her what happened before they are able to solve my problem. I ask them to call me, and they told me that they don’t have a pen, but they have to put menon hold anyway. The manager answered just to tell me that he could send my pizzza and give me a drink for my trouble. It’s been 1 hour and the puzza hasn’t got here. No way to call anybody at the corporate office, or cuatomer service. This is just the worst experience.

I decided to order Domino’s pizza since I was craving it after the rough day I had today and honestly I was disappointed. I was trying to order at the New castle location and somehow I messed up and ordered for the Market location. I have never had such a botched order…like ever. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, mild bone in buffalo wings, and an alfredo pasta bowl. Instead, we received a bacon pizza with barely any on it, bbq wings, and the only saving grace was the pasta which was okay. The pizza wasn’t even fresh, its like they sent me a pizza that they had made to avoid waste and the sauce on the wings was just drizzled, not even tossed in it. It was delivered fast which was nice but at the cost of sending me a wrong order like why? I should’ve read the reviews before placing my order. Reconsider ordering from here. Avoid or you’ll end up wasting your money on food you won’t enjoy which is the worst feeling

2nd time that I’ve ordered from this location and the 1st time EVERYTHING was wrong. I accidentally made an order at this location again today and haven’t gotten my order and it’s 2 hrs since it was placed. I have yet to see a positive review nor have I had a positive experience in any capacity with them. Don’t see how this place is still running.

Don’t waste your time with curbside at this location, I checked in online(when I first arrived), then replied to the text confirming I was there (after waiting 20 minutes) and I still had to call(20 minutes later). I finally got my food 35-40 minutes after arrival. My pizza was cold and the sandwich cheese burnt to a crisp, my daughter didn’t even eat it. I wasnt prepared to go in the store and I thought this is perfect! The only thing more annoying than wearing a mask in a store/business, is a store/business offering a service to make it more convenient but they don’t follow through.

I called at put in my order, it showed me the progress of my order, even tracked my order. Well my order NEVER arrived! Upon looking at the tracking it stated my order was delivered. Tried to contact the store for over an hour.. to no avail!!! I am then searched to give a survey and upon completing the survey I was offered something for my inconvenience ( a free medium pizza with 2 toppings)wasn’t able to retrieve it, so I never received it. Called again the following morning to explain what happened and I then was pretty much told that being as though I was paying in cash, I wasn’t inconvenienced so therefore I didn’t qualify for the free pizza and would I like to place an order? I was appalled!!!! I kindly said “ no thank you “ and I discontinued the call.
Will not be doing business with them ever again!!!

The spinach feta bread was not done it was completely dough inside the wing bbq sauce was disgusting im not sure if it was actually sauce the wings were super hard and not edible the pizza was just ok it could have stayed in the oven a little longer they definitely dont like giving you your change back either
