I ordered Four pizzas, ALL with extra cheese, for my sons birthday party. Upon delivery, there was hardly any cheese on ANY of the pizzas; you could see all the sauce! When I called the store, the person who answered said he’d get a manager, but I could hear the conversation between him and the manager “Jim”, who said he didnt want to talk to me and I could get a free cheese pizza next time. This pizza was gross. If you want good quality pizza, AND good customer service, go elsewhere!!!!!!!

This was the second time ordering from this Domino’s. Last week they got the toppings wrong. We ordered sausage and pepperoni pizza but they gave us chicken pizza. We let it slide cause we were hungry. This Friday they gave the right pizza but didn’t bring the large soda. After asking about the soda that we purchased but didn’t receive, they said they would send the driver to bring it. The night was almost over, they claimed to bring the soda but they didn’t give it to us. The clerk at the hotel desk told us some random caucasian woman took the soda and left the building. We called Domino’s back and told them what happened and they hung up on us. So we called again using a different number a worker said that they would give us a refund by Sunday. Sunday is today and they never called us, nor did they give the refund.

Placed an order online. All accepted online until I put my payment in. Then waited 7 minutes to accept my payment. I finally hung up. Called to see if my order went through. Was told it did not. The employee didn’t even offer to take my order via phone. Uniformed employees as to how to provide good customer service. Never ordering online, via phone, or in person again.

This is a very bad experience. Both the food and customer service are terrible. I got two undercooked pizzas. You can see and taste the dough. I sent pictures to the stores, but it was not enough for a refund. They asked me to drive the pizza back to them.!!?

There is very limited parking, but they leave the delivery car in one of the 2 spaces available (not included handicap spaces). I had to illegally park in one of the handicapped spaces because there is no where else other than a fire lane and a university only lot. But I stayed in the car and watched the status of the pizza on their website so that if I needed to move, I would. The order said finished and ready for pick up, so I went in, only to be told it would be 3 more minutes.
More parking is desperately needed, and they should find a permanent parking area for their delivery car.

Very rude and unprofessional. Order took over an hour to come and was COLD upon arrival.
Staff/ delivery guy pretended he didn’t know what was going on, where my food was and didn’t even bring the food to the door. Worst experience ordering food ever.

Slow service. The pizza will be in the quality check stage for an half an hour. Food arrives luke warm/cold. If you order extra ingredients like cheese you def won’t get a cheese pull and it will be dry.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. MY LAST 3 ORDERS NEVER SHOWED UP!!! They refunded my money but there are sooooo unreliable. It’s a total waste of time and they apologize but you are waiting on food that won’t be delivered. Tried them again today and they didn’t cut the pizza and toppings look like an untrained 4yo did this (see picture).
