The manager doesn’t understand customer service. I asked him to make sure the drivers read directions. He immediately came at me with something in defense! Instead of listening and apologizing because I wasn’t even talking about what he said. It escalated from there. The driver read what the ticket said and did what she wanted anyway. Incompetence and worthless! Her and the manager.

Domino’s is my best place to order food and their white garlic sauce is my favorites as compared to tomatoes sauce.
Staff is very friendly and store location is very good.
Delivery was extremely timely for a Friday evening. Delivered piping hot, as if straight from the oven. Best part was the actual taste of the pizza. Delicious and baked perfectly.

The pizza was undercooked and doughy. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said it’s going to be undercooked because it has extra sauce and that there was nothing he could do about it. He said next time I would have to call the store and ask for a pan pizza to be well done. So he knew it was undercooked and still sent it out that way. He said he’s been the store manager for 3 months. Well in 3 months he should know to not send out an undercooked pizza.

Didn’t order here for a year because of bad service. So i decided to try again today they brought everything but my 2 liter I tried to notify the dasher but he pulled off I hope it was because he didn’t hear me maybe but I call the store and before I could say anything they were like hold on then had me on hold for 20 + minutes . so I drive to the store and they were just sitting there while I’m on hold … yeah and they give me just a soda & no refund on the tip I tipped the dasher. They also didn’t give any physical coupons . which I asked if they had but they didn’t have any I guess they just say somehow they will have a free soda for me next time . But like how would they know they when I will order again ? “ im a put it in the “comments “ … right . Bad business can’t believe I had drive there just to get what I paid for then I also tipped someone that didn’t perform the task correctly. I thought this time I ordered would be better or they would have made it right. It’s cool I’ll go back to papa John’s & leave my comment right here.

Per the employee I spoke with “ we are rated the worst dominos in the state and I can’t take it anymore and am leaving within the week.” This location is simply not managed at all. The employees have no support and the quality reflects it. It’s a shame. Your order is most likely not going to arrive correctly. After many failures; tonight I drew a line and made them return three times to make the order correct. It’s simply not worth it. Just order from one of the many alternatives.

There’s a wait time when you order your pizza, however the staff should know if something’s unavailable. I was made to wait for 25 minutes for my pizza and 4 bottles of coke, however they later told me that there’s no coke and they can’t to refund my money. I was forced to pick another soft drink instead as I was getting late.

Will not be recommending this place. The driver delivered our food to a wrong address. When the delivery driver got to our address with wrong address asked him to pick up our food from the other address who was 7 min away and drop it to our address. Instead he went straight to the store. Also When called the store; they said they wouldn’t deliver and we would need to pick up the order and will take an hour to prep. Decided to call the store to speak with some one to address the issue. They said they will call the driver. Asked the store associate to call us after they speak with the driver. Waited and didn’t call us back for 23 minutes. Decided to call the store to check status and said the driver is at the store. Which doesn’t make sense why the driver went back to the store instead of going to the address to pick up our food. Didn’t get our order (by the way which was very cold) along with missing the dip it was suppose to come with. Finally got the food but 2 and half hours late and cold. The store associate made no efforts or accommodations. Very disappointed. Rather order from elsewhere next time.
