Absolutely terrible service, according to the manager it is standard operating practice to burn a pizza to a crisp if you order half cheese half pepperoni. I politely asked if she can make another pizza, her response was “You need to call corporate”of course corporate is closed so I asked for the money for the pizza and the delivery fee back. She responded “I don’t have the codes to give refunds out or to make another pizza” and than threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave.

Hi I am from Middletown Delaware I tried to order a pizza from your summit bridge location for delivery which is only 10 minutes from my house and on the same street. They dissmissed me and told me they can’t delivery me a pizza because my house is out of their jurisdiction and sent me to the dominos on DuPont park way which you have to pass the summit bridge location coming from DuPont to my house. When I called them they explained that summit bridge is in my jurisdiction and they should be my store because they are closer and it sounds like they just don’t want to do they’re job and that they are lying about not being about to deliver to me. I called back summit and told them what they told me at DuPont about them actually being my store and the lady said “so we told you that you weren’t in our jurisdiction and you decided to call back like what do you even want” I told her I wanted pizza delivered and this is my store that they are littlerly ten minutes down the street how can I not be in they’re jurisdiction and what am I supposed to do just never order domino’s pizza again? And she said yes. I absolutely love domino’s pizza but you staff sounds like they really don’t want me to ever come back at all for no reason and told me that I should try to order pizza from another shop instead

Great service the food was nice and hot.
We had ordered an extra large Meatsa Pizza Brooklyn style also order of cheese bread and the order of a honey barbecue wings .
I also like the dominoes tracker inside the store when you can find out how fast your order is getting ready to be prepped baked and quality check before you receive your order.

Can I give zero stars?

I ordered from Domino’s a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. The pizza came over an hour and a half late and it was the wrong order. I had to call multiple times to get any answers. The store was clearly understaffed, and the management needs to get their act together!

I decided to give them another chance yesterday, hoping for a better experience. Everything seemed fine with the pizza tracker on their website until the pizza left the store. It took over an hour to leave the store, and then the driver was scheduled to arrive an hour later. The store is exactly 5 minutes away from me!

When I called the store, they said the driver had multiple deliveries, which meant it would take over two hours to get my pizza from a store just 5 minutes away. I told the kid on the phone how disappointed I was, and he barely said sorry, just offered to refund my order. It was clear that he was used to handling complaints like this, which says a lot about how often this happens.

This store is a mess. Management needs to change, and someone new needs to take charge because they are not doing a good job at all. Avoid this place if you want your pizza on time!

I can’t comprehend how they are still in business, the managers talk to the employees and the customers like dogs. The food is trash, the service is worse but the worst part is this has been going on for years. Every 6 to 12 months I give them another chance and they disappoint me every time. That is clearly an ownership problem. Corporate needs a look into this location’s reviews and how they conduct business.
I imagine if they placed one order and saw how management handled their inability to handle anything in a manner that was in any way professional, they would lose their franchise.

I’d leave Zero stars if I could. Order online for pickup (extra large) and they call and say they have to squeeze a large into a medium box. Try to call back, no answer. I get there and their “manager” gives me attitude when I ask about it and see if they can make things right. This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Their manager needs some training. I won’t come back.
