I used to order from this dominos every other Friday, until this past Friday. 2 weeks ago they gave me the entire wrong pizza and expected me to drive back to the store at 7:30 to get the correct one. When I refused, they did eventually refund me. However, this past Friday was horrible. I order two simple pizzas and was given an estimated pick up time of 15-20min via the app. When I arrived at the store, I was told my order was “coming up now.” Over the course of 40 minutes of me waiting in the store I was asked the name on my order 5 times and continually told it would be up shortly. Finally, after 30 min of waiting, a woman told me my order was in the oven. After another ten minutes, I asked if my order was competed yet and was told that the oven takes 30 minutes, which is a lie given that I’ve picked up pizzas within 15 minutes of ordering them many times. I asked that they cancel my order which they stated they would but never did. After emailing dominos a few days later, I finally had to dispute the charge in my credit card to get a refund. Will not be returning.

Friday night I placed a big order, and when I arrived the store was extremely busy. My order wasn’t ready yet, which I completely understood because the whole team was clearly under a lot of pressure.
Even with the rush, one of the staff members really stood out. There was a young woman working behind the counter who kept a genuine smile on her face the whole time while preparing orders and helping customers. Watching her stay positive and professional in that stressful environment honestly made the wait feel much easier.
Big thanks to the entire team, and especially to her, for keeping great customer service alive even on the busiest nights. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I recently moved to this area and have been to this Dominos several times. Every time I come, they are short staffed and it takes a VERY long time to get the food. They need to hire more reliable employees. The food is good, if you can endure the wait.

I am not clear about the negative reviews, but usually get takeout from here once every 3 weeks or so, and have never had a problem. Orders are placed online with easy pickup. Food is good as long as there are realistic expectations that this is not gourmet. I have to say that charging for EACH dipping sauce when ordering wings or the bread options is SILLY. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

If I can give ZERO star, I would. The female manager could barely speak English and got an attitude. I ordered a large 1-topping pizza online for $7.99 for pickup and when I arrived at the store, I presented her with a $5 e-Gift card (issued by Corporate) with all the numbers and PIN. She didn’t know how to accept it and started yelling at me and said I have to present the card. So, obviously she didn’t understand what an e-Gift card was and she didn’t know how to operate the payment terminal. Finally, she figured it out and I was left with a $3 balance. I said why $3. It should be $2.99. She said it’s only a penny. I said I brought only the exact change. Then, when I tried to pay the remaining balance with a physical gift card, she hit the Credit Card button because it asked me to key in my billing zip code. I told her it’s wrong and her bad attitude was, just key in the billing zip code. Of course it got declined!!! Then, she tried again and finally got it right. By the time we finished, I was so upset that I just grabbed my pizza and left. Didn’t even look at her. This message is for the franchise owner… If you want your investment to be profitable, look at what kind of people you are hiring. There are so many negative reviews in this location. I have been patronizing this location since it opened, always pickup and at lunch time, so I didn’t encounter all those late delivery issues. This so-called female manager had really crossed the line and now I’m reluctant to go back as long as she’s still employed there. BTW, if you want to complain, call Corporate, area code is 734. Calling the 800# is useless.

Ordered two pizzas, online tracking said it was ready for 41 minutes but we had t received it yet. We called and asked for an update and they said they’re waiting on a driver.
We asked them to make the two pizzas again so they were fresh. She said don’t worry they’re sitting on the rack. I worked in service industry before and know that means they’re just sitting underneath a hot light, baking even more. She didn’t seem to understand that.
We canceled the order and asked for a refund. Asked for her name just so we had some proof to fall back on and she hung up.
God awful service multiple times and will never use them again. Go to Two Cousins instead right across the street.

This is the worst domino’s in all of Delaware. do not order here. I did pick up. I get to the store. Then they cancelled my order and tell me they are closing up early. Like an hour early. They said they have to clean up store and do all this other stuff, kept changing story of why they are not making food. yet website said open till 12am I order way before that. I always had horrible service from dominos in the past I thought I try it again since they just opened up in hockessin,be optimistic. But nope it’s terrible service. Why are they even open if they don’t serve food. Why is Domino’s lying and wasting my time. Then again I should known better I’ve always had terrible service at Domino’s. Also they employees don’t wear mask.
