Terrible! Nearly 2 hours for a pizza and tater tots. Barely warm when received. App kept showing it left the store, then “manager” claims it didn’t. Most of tots burnt, pizza dry. Don’t bother! Manager not apologetic and said we just have to wait. Order showed delivered and didn’t show up until another 10 minutes after that.

On Saturday night, the workers were throwing the pizza and catching it with their hairy arms. The raw dough! Not their hands! But with hairy arms. Like a Forest full of hair! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION WHATSOEVER. 0’s all across the board. The lack of professionalism, the lack of human decency, and the disrespect coming not only from the employees but the manager as well whose name is Lance. The manager should be a prime example but is also a reflection of his team which now makes sense to me why most of these reviews are as low as they are. The fact that Lance the manager and no other employee saw an issue with not tending to the register, to the customer who would be me that’s just standing there for almost 10-15 minutes, and then getting mistreated for saying “Hey is there someone who can help me out?”. Then knowing you have an upset customer you found it ok Lance who again would be the manager to try an egg me on disrespectfully as I walked out the door with you and your employees laughing behind me. As I said when I turned around and walked right back in after I was bullied by the manger and all of staff “Put that same energy into reading your reviews”. Absolutely disgusting. I sleep well at night knowing my actions are a reflection of me and your actions are a reflection of you. Like I said prior I WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Hopefully Xavier who is the higher up manager does what he’s supposed to in addressing this matter and realizes that when you lose business, you lose work, and you lose income. Thank you.

I try to give this place chances but unless you pick-up your order, chances are SOMETHING is going to be wrong with the order. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, with extra buffalo sauce, and it arrived with absolutely no buffalo sauce. The lava cakes looked like someone threw the 2nd one in there and sprinkled the powdered sugar on top. The cashier said it would take another hour to remake the order so I just ate what I had.
Again, it’s not the first time they messed up an order for delivery. I ignored it the first couple times but now I’m writing a review. Please, thoroughly read people’s orders guys! And manager, please hire extra people if the workload is too much on your current employees. Thank you.

I ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings for this location and the pizza was horrible and unconsumable. It lacked flavor, I ordered extra cheese as one of the toppings and there was none on the pizza and the crust was dry and tasteless. I’m very disappointed and upset because I wasted money that I can’t afford to be wasting in this economy and I disappointed my kids because I had to throw the pizza in the garage.

Generally a decent dominos but almost everyone I order delivery something is messed up. This time I ordered Chocolate Lava Cakes and got Parmesan Bread Bites instead. 100% don’t want these and the options to “make it right” are trash. Recommend not ordering delivery and checking your pickup orders before leaving.

The absolute best Domino’s in the Reading area hands down! If you call and ask for the “Manager’s Special” it’s a 5 topping large pizza for $12.99, highly recommended.

I’ve been going here for years. Saw it had bad reviews and I don’t understand why. Always fast and hot. Only had them forget a soda once and they fixed it right away. Everyone’s been friendly. Definitely recommend

I ordered two medium stuffed crust pizzas with pepperoni. It was very good. The garlic and parmesan on the crust makes it even better. I only wish the pizzas were in the oven a little longer, to make the cheesy crust more gooey ♥️
