I will start with something good. They are vary quick when you order online and the garlic knots and cinnamon sticks are good. Now for the bad. Our pizza was not good. We had cheese only around the edge of our pizza and not much, and almost no topings.This was a mushroom and onion pizza. Vary disappointed.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Ordered Dominos wanting something quick. Boy was that the wrong assumption. After 1.5 hours checked the app only to find out driver was going in wrong direction. Called the store and it took 11 minutes to get person on phone who was of no help at all. Last time I’ll order dominos. This is ridiculous. Pizza is terrible but in all fairness it was over an hour old when we got it.

I placed an order for two medium pizzas at 7pm. I called back 1 1/2 hours later after I still have not received the pizzas. They contacted the driver and they said the pizza would be here in five minutes. A half hour later and still no pizza. I called back to the store again and they said they must of mixed up the orders and don’t know where my pizzas where. It is now 9pm. Not very happy and still very hungry.

Got a free pizza email but safari wouldn’t open the redeem link, so I called the store directly to place the order. Young lady was pleasant and said to just show them the email when we arrive for pick-up. Got to the store and showed the newer young cashier the email. He was pleasant stating he would need to get the manager for help. The cashier asked how he could apply the coupon and the manager replied to him “you need to do it in the app” and then repeated that… the young man looked at me and I looked at the manager and asked if he was talking to me? He said you need to do it in the app, so I explained the online order difficulties and speaking with the young lady 10 min prior when ordering. He said “she’s new and doesn’t know what she’s talking about”. At this point the pizzas are sitting on the counter and he’s hovering over me saying “it’s not that big of a deal so just reorder”. I refused and then refused the order and asked his name – smirking he said Marquis and bumped the counter with his body. Dominos- do you need employees this bad?!? What an intimidating experience getting pizza! Keep your free pizza emails- I wouldn’t get it if you paid me!!

i work third shift at turkey hill in fleet, and I just ordered a large pizza to my work. unfortunately the pizza fell off the counter here almost immediately after the driver left. so i called the store right away and let them know what happened and what could be done. they immediately offered to make a new pizza and have it brought out. the customer service is really well and deliveries from here are always quick and unproblematic. 🙂

Not the best pizza in the area but definitely the most convenient! Just order online and have it delivered. Simple and easy. Prices are decent as well. Contact delivery and just leave it on your doorstep plus tracker capabilities. sign up and receive some decent coupons as well.

Sometimes 2nd and 3rd chances just aren’t good enough for some places to get their act together. The last 2 times my family ordered from this store we waited over 45 minutes for the delivery. Finally we get a phone call (30-45 minutes after the order was placed) saying “we’re not delivering right now we canceled your order”. Meanwhile my toddler who requested pizza for dinner is getting more and more Hangry. The first time this happened they didn’t even call me. After an hour I had to call and find out where my food was only for the manager to tell me “I called you twice to tell you and no one answered” which was false. “I’ll put the order back in if you want to come pick it up”. At least I got a free subpar order of wings out of that deal

My daughter and I, waited for an hour yesterday, for a simple large cheese pizza. When I asked for the last time for my pizza the said, they don’t know what happened to my pizza. They offered me a pizza that was from a cancelled order. They said it was still hot so we took it, just to get out of there. We got 5 minutes down the road, and started eating the pizza just to find out it was not hot. It must of been sitting there for a while. While standing there for all of that time We noticed a delivery driver bring back a pizza, and then called out the persons name, he was standing next to me the whole time. So I bet his pizza was cold. Nether He nor I were offered a refund or some kind of offer due to the inconvenience. I travel rt222 alot, but don’t think I stop in here anymore. Hope they fix this problem soon.

We placed an order for five pizzas, two cheesy breads and one baked chicken online. The online prep tool did not work properly. Tried reseting the tool militple times and it was stuck on prep the whole time. Food was estimated for a 20 minute pickup and took 40 minutes for it was ready. They forgot to give us one of our cheesy breads. All five pizzas were dark or burnt. Would not recommend it unless you like slightly burnt cheese pizza.
