Ordered delivery through DoorDash. App says Dominos does its own deliveries. Over an hour later, no pizza. I called and was told that they only have one delivery driver who had 4 deliveries and now has 4 more. Fine, but if you don’t have the staffing to handle the deliveries, let DoorDash handle the deliveries. Isn’t that the whole point? Dominos is getting the customers from the DoorDash app, but not providing the service that DoorDash customers are paying for.

Wow… Where to begin. First order a few weeks ago they forgot the soda. They gave us a free medium pizza. OK ok. Two weeks ago… Same thing… Another free pizza.
Tonight I order one of said free pies. Out for delivery… 45 mins later, nothing. I had time to go out, eat, and come home to the delivery guy at my door waiting for me (at this point I don’t care)…before you judge? Enjoy the photo of the pizza he handed me. How absolutely unprofessional. I’m done with this location, you’ve lost a customer.

Placed my order from 6pm and after 2hrs waiting and called was told it was not gonna be delivered fir another 30 mins because the eagles are playing if so be the case close the damn store or let people know before they place there order. Very unprofessional

I usually don’t post reviews, but felt the need to do so. Ordered pizza on the Dominos app with specific customizations of light cheese and well done. Instead…we received normal cheese and the pizzas were undercooked. They were dripping with oil and each barely had the topping we requested as well. Only purchased from here because we were in the area. Never purchasing from this location again.

The app does not reflect when they hire drivers or not: it’s usually a 5%-10% on when the app reflects if i can order delivery or not. Consistently cancels my orders due to the store being out of supply and the app not reflecting it. Have not had an actual order made right from this store through the app since 2019 (cheese or toppings missing all together, heavily undercooked [one time had a raw pizza delivered] missing sauces). The wait on the phone to talk to anyone usually ranges from 15 minutes to an 86 minutes (yes, I waited just to see how long I’d be on hold). Never made a fuss to the store or people but cooperate needs to get there store together

i order from here whenever i order dominos and it’s always really good. had a minor mess up with the food the last time i ordered but i called and the manager crystal fixed it right away. very nice and professional.
