I ordered remotely for an acquaintance from this Domino’s location. Phone was answered promptly, and details of order, delivery site, and payment were collected accurately and efficiently. Order was prepared and delivered in timely fashion. Impressive specials on two-topping large pizzas! Despite many negative reviews posted about this Domino’s outlet, I was grateful for the service I received over the phone, and recipient enjoyed the food and drinks that were delivered to his home. I would give zero stars if I could. I can’t comment on the food because my order was never made. I placed an order Saturday night for a birthday party for 10 plain pizzas. The app said that it would take 24 minutes to complete my order. I knew that that was a longshot and even allowed extra time. I went to pick up the order 45 minutes after my order, and when I walked in, they told me that they hadn’t even started the order yet. One guy was in the back, one guy was making all the food, and one guy who was the driver was just sitting at a table. So basically two of the three people I saw were not working. They had access to my email, phone number, and communication via the app. No one called me to say they were running behind and when I asked him how long they thought they still needed I was told up to another hour. I had 30 kids that were ready to eat And only had 30 minutes left at the birthday party at all sports center. I couldn’t wait for the food any longer, because all the parents were coming to pick up their kids. So I canceled the order and ran down to giant where I picked up tomato pie, fried chicken, and hoagies for the same price and better quality food. It is such a bummer because my kids do find Dominos to be a special treat, but due to the unpredictable service, and poor communication, it’s not worth the hassle. It’s very disappointing that repeat business and communication is not considered in this place of business.

I was surprised to see low ratings cause we’ve gotten food (pizzas, chicken, and parmesan bites) from this dominos dozens of times and it’s ALWAYS good. There was only once where they left off some toppings, we called and they made and sent us a new pizza super fast. Sometimes delivery can take a while but not any longer than anywhere else on a weekend night. The new parmesan stuffed crust pizza is SO GOOD, better than pizza hut’s stuffed crust and I’m sorry to say that cause pizza hut is very nostalgic but it’s the truth. Anyway thanks to this dominos location for always making us delicious food!

Did a doordash order at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night. Two hours later, my pizza and tater tots came completely cold. Calling Dominos was no help, but that was the only option because they do their own doordash deliveries. I explained that the driver has been sitting at each stop for 10-15 minutes minimum. They said oh the gps is weird. Then they just said sorry we are busy. THEN GET MORE DRIVERS. This is utterly absurd and will never order here again.

I used to work for Domino’s and the pizza I ordered is fine but whoever made this chicken did a horrible job. It has like no toppings on it like it supposed to and just looks like it was tossed into the box. Where’s the mozz cheese, feta, ranch, and buffalo that belongs on it. I’m disappointed cause their chicken isn’t exactly cheap for the amount you get esp when none of the toppings are there. Don’t know if I will be ordered from this location again.

Ive been waiting almost 2 hours for my food. When I call the employee tells me oh yeah I was going to start making that. My driver wont be back for another 30 minutes. It was past an hour when I called its now nearing 2 hours an no update on delivery at all. I think management needs to get a different system in place because thus is the longest I have ever waited for food delivery…

Pizza arrived 2 1/2 hours after we placed the order and it was cold. We also waited on hold for 45 minutes listening to adds and no one picked up the phone. We only live 4 minutes from the store.

Not the best first impression. The kicker was they weren’t even busy, no other pizza was being made. Looks & tastes like they cut corners.

Domino’s has consistently low quality subpar bad tasting food. There are many better options.
The boneless wings were more like dog food. In fact dog food probably is better quality.

I placed in an order about a week 1/2 ago and received this burnt mess, absolutely no cheese was left. I called the store and they said they’d add a comment to my profile and when I placed an order they’d send another one. I placed another order today and spoke to Kyle who told me there was nothing in the comments indicating that and to call the manager Joshua to “iron it all out”. So expect garbage and for this dominos not to make it right.
