Food was Dominos and order was correct too
I picked up my order and, after getting home, realized they did not put chicken in the Chicken Alfredo pasta.
Called to let them know about the mistake and they denied the request for reimbursement. Would only remake, but I’m not driving back there again.
Of note, the gentleman on the phone had great customer service skills, even though the result wasn’t great; kudos to him. Can’t say the same about the manager. They should probably switch roles.
Dear Domino’s Management,
This complaint must be taken seriously at the management level.
This is now the second unacceptable experience in a row at the King of Prussia Domino’s, both involving the same employee, Alexia (not sure about the spelling, but with clear eye lenses) .
Today, I placed an order for my coworker Edgard with a clear request for “no oil.” Instead, the pizza came out as if it had been made sarcastically with extra oil. The receipt shows my request, and the picture proves the complete disregard for it.
When I asked about it politely, Alexa again turned aggressive, raising her voice. When I told her to stop yelling, she went further—she flat out refused to make the corrected pizza and even called 911 to try to intimidate me.
I insist that management review the camera footage around 2:50 PM today (August 18th) to see for yourselves the level of insanity and unprofessional behavior she displayed.
This was not an isolated incident; it is not our first experience with her.
I also ask that you check our order history—you will see how often my coworkers and I order from Domino’s, almost daily, and in large frequency. You can also confirm with other associates at this location that we have always maintained excellent relationships with them. Alexa is the only person causing problems and she is driving this unit into the ground.
We are loyal, high-frequency customers, but this type of treatment makes it nearly impossible to keep coming back. Something must be done before this store loses even more business.
Please, note that the “simple mistake” of the oil ain’t serious. But the way this unstable and threatening person treats people.
We’re not threatened by cop call, just wasn’t able to wait in my break time and nothing can justify any kind of action.
PLEASE : CHECK YOUR OWN FOOTAGE TODAY (8/18) AROUND 2:50 PM!!!!
Sincerely,
Maurice Eskinazi
Below is my old 5 star review that I’ll.maitain. I won’t keep quiet and complain everywhere and to everyone until. I. See any actions from Domino’s toward the insanity this employee is turning this nice Domino’s store.
Great service. Roba always so nice and helpful. From far it’s the best Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever been
I have also had multiple orders from this store rejected because they did not have sandwich bread or ingredients I selected.
Not ordering from this Dominos ever again. Sorry, not sorry.
Placed an order with a 25–40 minute delivery window. After waiting an hour with no update on the app, we tried calling — no one answered. Finally, we went to the store, only to find out they were just starting our order after 2 hrs.
The staff member we spoke with was rude and unapologetic — simply asked, “Do you want a fresh pie or not?” No ownership, no courtesy.
I understand they were busy, but the lack of communication, poor service, and charging cents for each condiments show how far Domino’s has fallen.
This was my last and final order with them.
You better hope they get it right the first time, because there is no possible way to communicate with anyone unless you go there in person, and its just as much of a clown fiesta in that store.
I like to order from Dominos because of their pan pizzas and their buy two or more deals. You can also sign up and earn reward points for free food. I was able to redeem a free pizza from those points. Another really good product is the cheese bread with spinach and feta. Salty, cheesy, goodness!
