Service was good, but I can’t say same for wings. They were extremely fatty and barely had any actual chicken meat! My hubby was like “ is this real chicken”? Domino’s needs to rethink their chicken supplier. I even left a tip! Until then I’ll be ordering from WingStop!

Worst dominos I have ever had the opportunity to come into contact with. I ordered my food at 7pm. At 8:30 I call the store because nothing is happening with my order and I either want to cancel or get my food. The phone doesn’t get answered. I wait on hold for almost an hour and give up. By this time I have eaten. The driver finally shows up way after 9:30. Said sorry it was raining. I refused my food, he said I can’t have a refund unless I call the store. I try again and the store doesn’t answer. I wait until morning. The woman says no one in the store can do refund and I have to wait 4 days for a GM to come in to give me myoney back. She offers a 35 dollar credit for a 40 dollar order I didn’t ever receive and I don’t want it

I felt like a delivery order turned into a hostage negotiation of my money. I won’t order dominoes again after this and I warn anyone else that this store is so bad it needs to be shut down or entirely reworked. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I know businesses can hide 1 star reviews deep. Google allows it. My 2 star review will be seen.

Alright- a few weeks ago I placed an order for pickup at a specific time (9:15pm). I walked in at 9:13pm and the store was completely empty. I called out a few times and eventually a girl came to the front. I gave her my name and she said “oh cool I just gotta make that real quick.” Ma’am, i literally placed it ahead of time to avoid this. I canceled the order and left as I had to go. Tonight I figured I’d try again. I placed a mobile order 25 minutes before I would be there. I walk in behind another customer and there is no employee in sight. This dude starts hollering and no answer. He walks behind the counter, looks at me, and says “this is mine- I already paid.” He took his food and left. Finally, the same girl Alyssa, comes out and helps me. My food is ready and man it’s bad. I know dominos is cheap but this pizza is barely cut, no sauce, all messy. The place was gross. 0/10 we will not return to this location. Phoenixville is WAY awesome and I’ve never had a problem. This place is primed to be robbed because no one is ever at the front.

Gave this place 2 attempts based on the NONSTOP commercials. Each time I ordered on the app for delivery. Half mushroom half pepperoni, EXTRA cheese. What a joke! The toppings were on the outer edge of the pizza, didn’t cover the whole pie, and very little cheese. The commercials show loaded pizzas and stretchy gobs of cheese. No way….it is a complete rip off. It may be that corporate instructs them to skimp on the specials. Delivery was quick, the only good thing about the order. I think making people order on the app lets them do whatever they please. Don’t waste your money.

I order 8-piece bread with jalapeños and no bacon. My receipt clearly stated no bacon. Even during check out I asked to make sure there is no bacon inside and I was told no. I drove home and took first bite to know there is bacon inside.
Clearly this ppl at this place can’t follow directions and lie on your face.

I still haven’t received my item. I called store and I was told to call credit card company to dispute it as there is no way for them to look up the order.

Bad conduct. I placed order at 8:45 on August 2. I waited almost 10 mins at the counter just to get my prepaid online order which was marked ready for pickup. The girl working in the store just carried on with her things inspite of seeing us stand for our order.
I had religious reasons to avoid bacon and specifically mentioned to exclude bacon from my ordered which I believe got completely disregarded and they put bacon in my order. We couldnt eat a bit anything that came along with it. Tried calling the store but noone ever picks up the phone.
Moreover, the girl asked me my name for the order. I couldnt hear her very well so pointed to a pizza kept nearby thinking it was mine. In an utterly disrespectful tone she responded “THAT’S NOT A NAME”.
Even if you need a name for the order, there is a nicer way to say it. If you feel overworked, having a bad day, mood swings, etc. please take a day off. There is no good excuse you would reflect it on the customer.
Never visiting this store again!

I placed an order at 11:15…the food didn’t get start being made until 1145. Then delivery said at 1200..then 1215…then 1230 and the food STILL isn’t DELIVERED.

First off the delivery driver drove around for 30 minutes, and then delivered it to the wrong house. Then we get our food (pretty cold) and not only that nut the bread bowl wasn’t a bread bowl after all……… oh and it had a random black olive in it.
