I ordered over 2 and a half hours ago. Talked to 3 different employees and have been lied to multiple times. First an employee said the driver still had the order after the website said complete. Second employee said the order was dropped off (it was not) and then lied ab going to talk to a manager to get me a refund. Finally the third employee tells me there is no manager and the employee before lied about taking to one to get me a refund.

Good grief. If you must order from here- pick up- never delivery. Not sure why I keep trying. The last order literally was freezing cold. Worst part about it is the manager couldn’t care less when I called to complain. Just don’t tip on the front end.

I live in an apartment building and put the address with instructions for the driver to hand me the order at the front. When I saw the driver was close, I went outside to wait, but no one showed up. I called the Domino’s, and the woman who answered told me he “just wasn’t there yet” and to wait. Fifteen minutes passed, still no driver. I called again, and she rudely told me to “look around for it” and then hung up. I checked everywhere still no pizza. When I called back, she finally said it would be remade.
The second driver got to me quickly and was polite, actually handing me my food. But I found out my tip went to the first driver who never delivered anything. So I had to pay more money giving the second driver a tip. On top of that, when I opened the pizza, it had barely any cheese, toppings were scarce and mostly piled on one side, and they forgot the ranch I paid for.
This was honestly the worst food delivery experience I’ve ever had. If you have other options, I recommend ordering from somewhere else.

There is no way to complain or get any money back on the app so this is just my way of complaining. We ordered specialty buffalo chicken and we did not get the blue cheese sauce that we chose to come with it. The kennett square dominos has not missed a sauce since 2019.

abysmal. i placed an order at 4:50pm for 6:30pm. i called at 9:30pm when i didn’t get it and they told me it would be 30min until i got it. i called again at 10:30pm when i still didn’t get it and they told me the same thing. i came into the store and it was sitting on a rack. only go here if you want cold, old food and horrific service

I ordered at 11pm and it didn’t get delivered until 1am. I called to cancel my order and got called a karen multiple times before I even said a word. Then I was told my order might get delivered but it might not so if it doesn’t I need to come in in the morning to possibly get a refund. My food was ice cold because it was delivered two hours late.

so my order was never delivered, I followed up with a call and no one answered, I drove there and met one ill mannered staff who only frustrated me more with His indifference and horrible attitude. I pursued till I got a manager who was rude as well. I got my money refunded but I only pursued this because both the staff and His manager were ill mannered and that pissed me off. It was not like this before, I m pretty sure it’s shortage of staff so they are hiring all kinds of people who are gradually running the place down. I m done with them.

I placed an order for a pizza with a few toppings and an 8 piece of wings with extra blue cheese. When I received the order the pizza had little to no feta cheese and was cut into completely disproportionate slices, we also never received blue cheese with our wings. The disproportionate slices were an issue given the pizza was being shared with multiple people and it was just inconvenient. So Dominoes offers to send another pizza with the blue cheese for our wings. I appreciated the correction of the issue but it took nearly an hour and a half to arrive and sitting on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Then when it did finally arrive still no blue cheese. I get this isn’t some family owned shop that survives on quality and customer service but at this point if I want mediocre pizza I might as well just buy a frozen one at the grocery store and make my own wings. At least then me and my friends wouldn’t be sitting around hungry for two hours and still be missing toppings and condiments.
