I’ve had the delivery driver just throw the box on my door step and the pizza was mangled. I went back to the store to get it done right while the delivery driver kept his tip. So messed up. I like Domino’s as a product but this location just delivers poor service and product. I’m done.

The wors ever dominos in entire United states. I placed order for delivery. They called me after one hour and the guy kept asking me where you are located despite i clearly mentioned the delivery address he kept asking me the address and i don’t know he cancelled the order. Note never ever order this place.

The food is relatively good (not great), but this location has trouble getting your order right. Luckily I went to pick up my order in person, because it was completely wrong. First they couldn’t find my order despite me having prepaid for my order online and having an order number. Then they found what they said was my order in a delivery case. Luckily I looked inside the boxes before leaving the counter because none of those items were right. They were completely different than what I had ordered. So then they went looking for my items, and they had trouble finding my food items. On a positive, the young girl working there seemed to be much more organized than the several gentlemen who work there. And a guy who looked like he might be a manager said “sorry”. Other than that, it appeared to be a complete chaotic mess inside this store. After they finally found my order they all walked away without saying anything, and they tended to other things as far away from the customer counter as possible, probably fearing that the customer (me) might give them an earful about the situation. It was terrible customer service, and it necessitated me (the customer) to manage the situation because they seemed completely unable to fill my prepaid order.
Lesson learned: DO NOT PREPAY. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. ALWAYS GO INTO THE STORE AND CHECK YOUR ORDER CLOSELY. DO NOT USE “DELIVERY” BECAUSE YOUR ORDER WILL LIKELY BE WRONG.
Suggestion to Dominos from a customer: Get your stuff together and stop being so disorganized. It’s not that difficult to do that job right.

Ordered online, got a call and was told instead of 20 minutes it would be an hour and a half. When I asked to be refunded the employee gave me attitude and replied “next time don’t believe everything you read on the internet!”. Absolutely rude and unprofessional! Not ordering from this location again!!!

It started snowing and my mom doesn’t like to drive in bad weather. So I ordered a pizza for her from Florida. She called me and asked me to leave a review for her. Wayne was so polite and nice. She said her pizza is delicious and it is difficult to stop eating it once you start! Lol. Thanks guys!!

First of all, the store spent over an hour “quality checking” my order. Once my food was on the way, I expected a seamless and CONTACT FREE delivery (the current standard due to Covid-19). However, the delivery driver did NOT allow the delivery to be contactless; the delivery driver rang the doorbell multiple times and waited for the door to be answered before removing the food from the bag to give to me. Once I opened my food and began eating I noticed my food was not even close to the quality I’m used to receiving. The lava cakes were still in the tins they were cooked in and there wasn’t any powdered sugar. Not to mention they looked like they were dropped on the floor, as one of the cakes was very cracked, Overall, I was throughly disappointed and let down by my Domino’s experience this evening. I will refrain from ordering at this location and will encourage others to take the same step.
