The Domino’s in ambler should not be on your list of places to eat at. There are plenty of other dominoes nearby and you should choose one of the other others. My fiancé and I placed an order around 5:30 on a Sunday night. We were told over the phone that our order would be ready in about 20 minutes. We got there a few minutes early to pay for the order and assumed that we would have to wait, Maybe five minutes. However, after getting there (5:55), we were told by one of the employees that our order had not even been put into the oven. at around 6:05 PM, we were told that it would be about another seven minutes. we gave them 10 minutes and the order was still not ready. Our order was ready about 15 minutes later And I was being optimistic stating that at least our pizza would be fresh. When we got home and opened the pizza box, our pizza was not what we had ordered. We ordered a pepperoni pizza however they only put pepperoni on a few of the slices. Not the end of the world come on after all of that. To top it off, our cheesy breadsticks were given to us with no marinara Afterspecifically asking for some

Past two delivery orders had to be re-delivered. First one was a BBQ pizza with red sauce all over the bottom and bbq ontop of 1000 onions. You couldn’t see through the onions. I love onions but had ordered LIGHT onions, and the bbq chicken pizza isn’t supposed to have red sauce on it. Next order they didnt make our plain pizza for the kids, delivered a pepperoni instead. Kids were starving upset after already having waited. Glad they redelivered each time.. Come on though.

I always enjoy Dominoes Pizza and my husband wanted wings. Service over the phone was good and ready in 20 minutes. Very pleased. The Ambler store has been there for a very long time. I was so glad to know it was still there, close to home. When I picked it up I noticed he handed me 2 pizzas and wings. I told him I only ordered 1 pizza and he went off on me. He started yelling at me, telling me I ordered 2 pies. I was in shock over his behavior. I have never, ever
experienced such rude, obnoxious behavior in my lifetime. He was raging, yelling and screaming at me. I paid for the entire order because it wasn’t worth the hassle but the rage continued until I couldn’t take it anymore. I told him to never speak to a customer like that. I scolded him because I was not allowing him to use that tone of voice towards me. I brushed it off when I left the store and wasn’t going to let it affect my weekend. Well the food was very good and I gave the extra pie to my neighbor. A note to everyone, don’t allow anyone to speak to you like that!!

These guys did great! We came from out of state and got in real late. They were the only ones brave enough to deliver in some blistering cold weather. I guess 7 mins is too far for some Pennsylvanians to deliver but not these fellas. They had the order ready quicker than projected and even called to confirm it with me as they entered the building. Everything was correct and they even gave us some extra dipping sauces! My family and I thank y’all.

Waited 3 hours for a pizza delivery. Got a message it was delivered but no pizza. Open my front door to find the pizza in the middle of the street, on the ground. No driver in site. This has been so sickening from start to finish.

After having trouble with a competitor, Domino’s stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. Eli took my order and couldn’t have been more helpful. My pizza arrived on time and HOT! I didn’t get the delivery driver’s name, but he was very good and very pleasant. Kudos to this store. Well done!

If you order from here, you may have to wait a bit extra if you’re ordering at the dinner rush time/on weekends (usually 6-8pm, apparently most heathens don’t eat dinner at dinner time) it might take a bit longer, but you can always time your order if you’re worried about it, that usually helps. In my case, I just got take-out, it was ready within 15 minutes and I was there about 5 minutes after to pick it up. Still hot and fresh.

I don’t understand how this place makes any money. I had a free pizza from the rewards program, so that spurred me deciding to order. Just placing the order is ridiculous because on nights and weekends, the location seems to not offer delivery, and have it turned off entirely. That’s fine, stupid for a pizza place, but fine.
But at least once a week, delivery is allowed, I place my order successfully… And it’s cancelled minutes later, because they can’t deliver. I know they can turn off incoming delivery orders, it’s prevented me from ordering before, but it seems like sometimes they just don’t, and have to manually process a good transaction and refund. It’s absurd.
And then, when after weeks of trying to get my free pizza delivered, along with other items and a decent tip, I’m finally allowed to have my order, it hasn’t come correct once, usually missing the overpriced dipping cups I spent money on, resulting in “Delivery Insurance” offering me another free pizza as compensation, to start this hell-cycle all over again.
And it’s been this way for what seems like over a year. I have no clue why this location just can’t seem to hold onto a single driver for any shift for any length of time.

I used to love the food that I got from here but it’s quality has sharply decreased. I’ve ordered bread bowls that come in aluminum foil, tater tots that are half charcoal and buffalo Mac and cheese that is a soup with the amount of sauce on it. When I order I have it say to drop it off at the door, sometimes they still knock or ring the bell for me to come get it. I mean seriously.
