Had to cancel my order and request a refund. The tracker is complete garbage. Pins were all over the place and said it was delivered. I called the store and they said they were aware that the tracker is messed up, but that my order was out for delivery. By that time I had been waiting about 30-35min. Fast forward to 1.5hrs after placing the order I called again. This time I was told that the driver actually “forgot” my order & that it was sitting there. That’s wild. What’s worse is that it wasn’t the first or second time this has happened. Lesson learned. I live 4min away.

I live 3 mins away , I normally do pick up which is fine but because my car is in the shop I opted for delivery. It said my driver left with my food at 5:15 and I watched the location of the driver pass my house and deliver to what looked like 3 other orders BEFORE returning back to the store passing my house AGAIN and finally getting to me over an hour later with cold food. The fact that I’m 3 mins away is crazy (but I don’t care about the time it took if my food would’ve been hot—but it wasn’t at all) I don’t see the logic there.

I typically don’t like to write any type of bad reviews, but sometimes the food comes cold or burns. It’s never consistent and sometimes the people the drivers can be a bit rude not very friendly. I won’t be ordering from them again I would definitely would not recommend.

Placed my order at 12:48 pm with a 30-45 minute delivery expected. The app stated that at 1:03 pm my order was out of the oven and being “checked for quality”. I called the store at 2:10 PM (more than an hour after ordering) to which I was told my food was still there but there is no one to deliver my food and also said that they are servicing people order before me before. The person answered the phone was very mean to me and unprofessional. My son is waiting for his lunch since 1:30, because I expected the delivery will take anywhere from 30 -45 min, now it us 2:16 PM still they have not delivered the food. I expressed my concern about my order arriving cold, to which I was assured that my order would be delivered hot. IT WAS NOT!!! My food finally arrived at 2:20 pm COLD!!! AND, the topping are all over the place. Will NOT be ordering from here again!! Ridiculous!!

This facility is located in small shop center. There is minimal parking. The store is noticed from street. The manager, older Indian guy, was nice. He even tried to help me put my points towards my rewards. But he said he would have to redo the order. So , I told him that it’s ok. I will try to remember next time. The place was clean inside. I just had a question why there was a “wet floor sign” in the waiting area. Another question is the black gloves that the Indian guy wears…does he use the same gloves to answer phone, ring up orders, and make the pizzas. I was trying to keep an eye open, but there is a blind spot to the left side near the pizza station. So anyone else who reads this review…KEEP AN EYE OUT for this and please write your review about the gloves . I tasted the pizzas. It wasn’t anything special but for each of them they were cheap 5.99 each. I personally will not come back to this restaurant location until I know that its owner are using clean gloves each time fixing pizzas and taking them off when doing other tasks. I gave a 3 star, bc the pizzas wasn’t bad tasting nor was the service bad.

I called the store at 8:13pm (hour and 5 minutes after ordering) to which I was told my food was still there but was getting ready to leave the store. The app continued to say “checking for quality” so I called the store again at 8:40pm (hour and 32 minutes after ordering) where I was again told that my food was still there but was the next ordering leaving for delivery. I expressed my concern about my order arriving cold, to which I was assured that my order would be delivered hot. IT WAS NOT!!! My food finally arrived at 8:53pm COLD!!! AND, missing toppings!! Will NOT be ordering from here again!! Ridiculous!!

Ordered two pizzas via the $7.99 carry out deal that Dominos has offered for years. When I went to pick them up they tried to charge me almost $40!!! Obviously I cancelled the order and did not take them. Despite there being 7 employees in the store they acted like none of them had never heard of the deal before.
