We ordered mild wings from Domino’s and were really disappointed with what we received. The wings barely had any sauce on them — it looked like the sauce was lightly drizzled on top instead of being properly tossed and fully coated like they usually are.
We’ve ordered these many times before, and they normally come much saucier, almost like they’re actually covered and infused with the flavor. This time, they were dry and lacked the flavor we expect when paying for sauced wings.
I normally don’t even leave reviews for big franchise restaurants, but this honestly annoyed me enough to say something.
It just felt like a waste of money.

No matter how many times I pick up pizza here it’s always undercooked, even when I order it well done. We end up finishing cooking it in the oven at home.

3. Pizza was barely cut. Just enough to break two pieces in half before putting them back in the oven because it wasn’t cooked.
4. New boxes since I ordered two weeks ago, now SMALLER than ever. Not even worth the $6.99 anymore…

Joe took a late order for a XL supreme pizza for me. He was working alone but was one truly one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met of any food chain. Joe also really put care in to my food and I thought my pizza and Pam bites were perfect. Truly an amazing employee!!! Thanks Joe!!

So this is my second time getting a order from this dominos. The first time I wasn’t happy with the pizza so I called it a lost couldn’t even enjoy my pizza. This time I order 2 medium pizza through ubereats and both pizzas was uncooked to where the pizza couldn’t even be held the proper way also you can tell when you pull the pizza apart. I called and the young man over the ask me if I wanted to speak to the manager I said yes and then someone came back on the phone didn’t say rather or not he was the manager and asked me for my order number I gave him the one on the Uber account and he couldn’t find it. So he asked for the name and still couldn’t find the order

Mike, the manager is very rude & doesn’t know how to talk with customers. We placed an online carry out order few months ago for 4 pizzas and they messed up 2 of them. Obviously, we checked after we got home. We live far so didn’t go back. We called the store right away about the issue & Amanda (who claimed she was the manager) said she would put a note on our account for 2 free pizza for next order. I called today to claim them & Mike (who now claims to be the manager) said there’s no note & that people call everyday for free pizzas & he basically said that we’re lying & hung up the phone. Straight up rude!!! This is how they treat their customers. Do not go to this store!!!! And if you do, check your order before leaving the store!

We ordered our food and it took about 30 minutes, and when we got the notification that the delivery was on its way, we received a phone call that “our food had mistakenly been given to someone else.” Not sure how that is possible but we were offered a brownie to compensate. Pretty ridiculous.
