I ordered through the app as I usually do. This time my order was taking longer than usual but it being New Year’s Eve I totally understand. I noticed that it said my order was canceled so I tried to call the store and was understanding because I’ve worked in restaurants stuff happens so the first person said it was canceled because they don’t deliver that far but I’m honestly 2 minutes away then just got hung up on o tried calling back but they refused to answer the phone. So I used my sons phone and then again got someone who didn’t want to deal with me using a coupon that I was given then the phone was passed off to a so called “manager” who was a joke hung up on me again so I drove there and was given a joke of an excuse and was trying to turn it all around on me like it was my fault or I was being disrespectful which I wasn’t even after driving there to get and answer as to what was going on. I was basically laughed at and was told I should have just stayed home. This store needs a real manager give me a call I’ll gladly fill in

THE WORST. They send offers that they won’t honor; it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact corporate, and the store personnel say it’s not their problem. ZERO respect for this business.
UPDATE: so I was asked to write in to supply details (“reply from owner” comment). I did this, over a week ago. Their response: ZERO. Not a word. Therefore, how serious are they about making this right? Not very, apparently!

I had a very unfortunate encounter when I drove past this location. A dominos delivery driver pulled out in front of me (going in the opposite direction which is also very illegal) almost hitting me in the process I had to slam on my brakes with 2 kids in the backseat!!!! Followed by him flipping me off !!! Oh it gets worse from there and let me just say customer service has going down hill. I called and asked for the manager and explained what had JUST happened and do you know what this “manager” did ???? He hung up and me !!!!! Once I said it was an older style jeep and asked him if that’s the type of drivers you employ??? Wow so I probably should have let the person hit me and contact my lawyer !!!! This type of reckless behavior is unacceptable!!! Nice to know that I was treated like this when their driver almost hit me !!!! No I will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!

The quality at this Domino’s is really really good. Food portions are the best you get what you pay for and then some. Rich and Ryan make the best food. it’s fast and cooked properly haven’t had too many issues. Highly recommend the Domino’s crew here. Truly cares about the food they make.

If I could give zero stars I would! This store went downhill fast. Usually I use the app to order but for whatever reason they don’t deliver to mountain top even though they are in mountain top. Me and my girlfriend walked in separate times and asked why they don’t deliver to us and the manager said they do we just have to call our order in. We’ll we did that on this past Saturday and the manager delivered the food was rude and said we don’t deliver here. I called corporate and they said they can’t make it right. Clearly a chain store as big as dominos doesn’t care about its customers and I think this store needs to go away from this area.
*Update to this about a year later. Dominos in Mountain Top still does not deliver to Mountain Top. Horrible customer service and Domino’s corporate customer service is even worse. Side note they have a roach infestation.
