Does google really not let you put 0 stars ??? I wish I could!
If you’d like a hard, disgusting, dry, stale pizza, this is the place to go! Came in to the store to order and wait. Not only was my pizza cold and old despite ordering in store, but I watched what appeared to be the manager (different color shirt) take a pizza that’s had been sitting on the side for probably longer than 30 minutes from what I had counted in my time there, and put toppings on it “sneakily” then give it to a customer. He probably didnt realize I was there.
Upon watching this, I did also notice that there are in fact bugs in the lobby. Didn’t even know that could happen in winter. I guess you have to be a pretty unsanitary place to have bugs in winter. Maybe they should clean their lobby.
Over my better judgment, I ate a slice of pizza only to feel immediately sick.
Through all my years I’d say this place definitely has mice/rats/bugs/parasites(staff)/and more. This place is going to kill someone. How can the manager do something like that ? THE MANAGER… What a disgusting place. Do not go here if you want a fresh pizza.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD.

I called twice and had a terrible experience both times. The first time I asked if they were delivering, but I could barely hear the guy on the phone. When I told him I couldn’t hear him, he responded with a rude attitude and said, “Yes, order online.”

I called again to confirm my address before placing an order, and it was the same guy. I told him again that I couldn’t hear him, and he finally came closer to the phone so I could understand him. He asked what city I was in, and when I told him, he responded, “Oh no, we don’t deliver there,” with a nonchalant and annoyed tone.

I asked for his name—he said it was James and that he was the manager. I told him he needs to work on his customer service, and he said he’s “been here since five,” as if that excuses the attitude. I understand people get tired, especially with the weather, but it’s still no excuse to be rude over the phone. When I told him I would be reporting him, he sucked his teeth and hung up on me.

Absolutely unprofessional. I will not be ordering from here again and honestly, I wouldn’t order from here if I were you either.

My boyfriend & I ordered 2 pizzas on the Domino’s app and chose the carside delivery option. When we arrived at the store location, I put on my hazard lights and followed the tracker on my phone. It stayed on “Bake” for a while, then all of a sudden showed as “Ready”–skipping the “Quality Check” step. My bf & I waited but no one came to our car. Maybe 5 minutes later, our order was marked “Complete” on the tracker but we had yet to receive any food. I gave it another 5 minutes and then called the store location to see what was up. I called 3x and each time was put on hold and the employee never came back. This whole time, we watched other people walk into the store and come out with food. Even a delivery driver had left & returned! We had waited for at least 30 minutes at that point and couldn’t get through to anyone, which was ridiculous, so we drove to Popeye’s down the road. I contacted customer support for a refund, so we’ll see how that goes. I will never order from this location again.

I just called this place for delivery and they answer the phone completely inappropriately. They were talking about illicit drugs, with vulgar language and talking to me completely disrespectfully. I cannot imagine eating food from this place based on the representation of the clown that answered the phone.

Road to Somewhere
Domino’s used to be ok for the price. It’s not anymore, now it costs just as much as far superior pizza, and there’s plenty of that around. Only by having consistently lower prices could they lure me back sometimes, otherwise I think we’ve permanently parted ways. Also the wings were disgusting. Avoid those at all costs.

This place is an absolute disaster! Waited 3 hours for food, my food was cold, the manager gave us a refund and then say he didn’t know our store number. This place was an absolute joke. The manager refused to remake our order. I can not believe this store is even still around. I’ve never had to wait 3 hours for cold food. We asked for the corporate number and the manager said i don’t know. Then we asked for the store number and the manager still didn’t know. Also we saw the delivery drivers wait in the parking lot for orders when they were in the store pilling up. Why aren’t they in the store waiting. I work in the food industry as a manager and never made a customer wait that long for food. This is wrong and I can not understand why they are that rude to people. Disgraceful!!

stayed at the hotel across the street and got hungry so i ordered 2 large pizzas and boneless chicken.
i picked it up and got back to the room i opened it up and the crust was burnt. I decided to take a bite and there was NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA, on both pies. i thought i’d try my luck with the chicken and they were freezing. The only reason they got 2 stars was the manager gave me a full refund with no problems.

Late post, but had to give credit where it’s due! Domino’s came through on my June 24th delivery. I had an issue with my order, and the team at Domino’s went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they quickly address the mistake, but they also handled everything with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to see this level of customer care these days, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making sure that my son was satisfied. Thank you for turning the experience around and showing what great service looks like!
