The experience was awful from start to finish. I waited over 2 hours for nothing, and on top of that, they entered the phone number incorrectly, which made everything worse. Everything was done wrong: poor service, no interest in helping, and no solution at all. Complete lack of professionalism and proper training. They waste your time and treat customers as if they don’t matter
At one point, an employee claimed to be a manager, but they neither communicated clearly nor handled the situation appropriately. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior, poor attitudes, and blatant disrespect. When requesting there names they denied to give me their names and disconnected the call. This experience was unacceptable, and I am requesting that the matter be addressed promptly.
Very poor service. Won’t be ordering again.
