This is my kids’ favorite pizza spot. They absolutely love the pizza and the bread bites. Was placing online order and noticed $.79 charge for ranch with my wings. Called to ask and they said no free dipping sauce with wings. Ok no problem, wont get the ranch.
I complete my order and call to report an allergy and make sure my son’s pasta had no cheese, the man said the pasta was already done. In my head I cant figure out how because I literally just placed the order and then called in. But ok.
I then ask for my wings to be cooked well done and was met with a sigh and then was told they were backed up and it would take longer for my order to arrive.
Sir if my son’s pasta was done so fast how would running my wimgs thru the machine twice be an issue? The pasta wings, pizza, everything goes in the same oven. No problem sir. Told him to cancel my order. Prices are too high to be playing with people.

Several days ago, one of their drivers failed to stop at the stop sign at intersection of Liberty and Ott, and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. I immediately called the store and told the woman who answered the phone what just happened, and I described the driver and the vehicle. She said she knew exactly who this driver was, but that they were very busy and she assured me that the manager would call me back, but I have yet to receive a call. The near accident was bad enough but the lack of professionalism at the store is even more upsetting. No matter how busy they might have been at the time, there’s no excuse for a manager to not return a call and it tells me a lot about how the franchise operates.

Ordered delivery tonight to my hotel. I was able to track it on the app all the way to my door. It arrived fresh from the oven hot and the young man that brought it (I believe app said Owen) was very kind and polite. 🙂

After a snafu on my end with the delivery instructions through DoorDash, the wonderful human still there at the end of the night came back to deliver our order after a long day of driving from Virginia. Everything was still fresh and our toddler has never been so into something as she was the Parmesan bread bites which were the best I’ve had from any dominos. Kudoes to the team out here for saving our night.

honestly, the only pizza I threw in the garbage. it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I sometimes get grocery store frozen pizzas. my dogs didn’t want any, which is VERY telling. Do not recommend
