I ordered my great grandmother, an elderly person who ya know CANT CHEW VERY WELL a small pizza with cheese an bacon on a garlic crust, we got pepperoni no extra bacon, a hard burnt overcooked pizza with little sauce an it took 40 MINUTES TO DELIVER WHEN IM A 3 MINUTE DRIVE! THERE DRIVER SAT IN A PARKING LOT FOR 30 AN IT THEM 10 TO “QUALITY CHECK” an then I called them to rectify the situation an the cussed me out with a EXTREME attitude. I will never be purchasing from them again.

My experience was a 10/10. My pizza was well cooked and looks absolutely delicious. The place is under new management so things were running better than usual. The general manager was so nice and she greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. I didn’t wait to long for my food at all. I will definitely be coming back to this store and ordering pizza again 🙂

They weren’t answering their phone, it was ringing for over five minutes with three people in there standing around. None of them had gloves on, and they were screaming at each other. I also asked if they had a menu that we could sit down and look at and the guy slammed his hand on n the counter and pointed to the one that was attached to the table when that’s not what I asked about. Horrible place, we didn’t even stay and eat we got out of there as fast as we could. Don’t recommend going!!!!!

Not only did you have an 8 year old working the register/restocking the bay-marie, our pizza was uncut with a hair cooked into the middle of it. When I came to get my refund your employee couldn’t access the safe for change, and so I was given this handful of coins that didn’t even add up to the 7.99+tax item I paid for. Just waiting for this place to shut down again, disgusting.

Seeing that a credit was not issued when it said it would be, I’m posting my review.
I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 was the Cali chicken ranch and the other was Alfredo sauce instead of the red, bacon, onion, pineapple, and extra cheese. What I got is pictured. Red, no extra cheese, no onion, no pineapple, and barely any bacon(if that what that is(and on only barely half the pizza!).
Obviously someone screwed up. The box soaked in a lot of grease, proving it has sat for longer than what the other pizza did. I have it a try, but it was totally not tasting right. So in the trash it went. (And this was after I called the store).
I pulled in just as the app said it was ready, so probably not even 5 minutes out of the oven.
I was totally looking forward to that pizza, it’s my favorite and the only one I get for myself. Highly disappointed!

I just received my supposed cheesesteak. I cannot believe I waited for this to be delivered. After calling and speaking to the manager Joshua he stated all the food is proportioned and his manager skills are horrible. He hung up on me! First off it’s called a Cheese Steak Joshua, there is 3 pieces of steak, 1 pepper and 1 onion. You need management training Joshua and tomorrow I will reach out to corporate, maybe they will give you the training you need. As for the cheesesteak we’ll let the people decide.

Ordered from this location for the first time because it was more convenient to pick up on my way home from work. I will never order again. My order wasn’t ready for the time I preordered it for hours in advance and wasn’t even ready to be put in the oven. The employees were incredibly rude. An individual named Kaelise was one of the employees, and she was on her airpod having a phone conversation through it complaining about me while I was standing waiting for my order. She then blamed me for the credit card system freezing and made a comment about how now I’ll have to wait even longer for my order for it to reboot. She didn’t even acknowledge me to let me know the payment processed. She just walked away without a word. I tried to resolve this through Domino’s first and sent two follow up inquiries with no response. I’m good with going out of my way a few minutes in the future instead of giving money to this location just to be treated like garbage by employees with awful attitudes and no capacity to actually work in customer service. Additionally, the pizza was worse in quality than when I’ve ordered the same kinds from Minersville or Tamaqua, so you should do better there too since your employees aren’t gonna get ya repeat business with their attitudes.
