Well customer service is what won this order. My little one wanted Pizza Hut so we tried them and that was just a huge mess, so the order was canceled. Found this Dominos and figured I give it a try. The gentleman on the phone was great. I explained i just wanted my food left at the door so I didn’t have to mess my dogs when trying to open it. So he had the driver drop at the door and call me to let me know the food was delivered.
Everything was correct, warm and good. Got my call and got my food right away. My daughter was happy so pizza night was a success. Thank you guys over there!

so as a mushroom lover i do as i do, i eat mushrooms, so i ordered an extra mushroom pizza on the app. Fearful I call dominos and explain my situation saying to pls give as many as possible and the guy on the phone was super nice and let them know about it and they delivered 10/10 mushrooms (and it got here fast)

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM Domino’s Pizza IN COLUMBIA!!!! IN THE PAST 6 YEARS I HAVE COMPLAINED TWICE, ONCE BECAUSE MY PIZZA WAS NOT COOKED!!!!!!!! AND I ASKED FOR ANOTHER AND THAN TODAY WHEN MY PIZZA WAS DELIVERED CRUSHED!!!!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICLOUS THE WAY IT WAS DELIVERED AND I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!! AND THAN TOLD BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ONCE BEFORE I AM NOT ABLE TO BE GIVEN A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I TIPPED THE DRIVER $5!!!!!!! Went there at 11:40 they close at 1am the 2 jerks behind the counter locked the door before 12 o’clock and they close at 1am very unprofessional and he let his friend in and took his order and talked to 1am wish I could give 0 stars this owner needs to fire the both of them going to Sheetz they got better food anyway

The pizza was made and baked to perfection. I really appreciated my delivery driver Kristen taking the extra time to explain the (very understandable) delay on the delivery despite it being no inconvience to me, great customer service! Keep up the great work Columbia Dominoes!

I walked in placed an order for a medium pizza within 10 minutes it was done and delivered. I brought it home and was met with unexpectedly possibly the greatest Pizza I had ever consumed. It outclassed every other Pizza I have had in my entire life. I did not expect this level of deliciousness to hit my tongue this day. Shout out to the crew that was working there, they know what they are doing.
