Order clearly says veggie pizza with no spinach. However our pizza has not only spinach but becon pieces and cheese not even melted.
On calling to the store manger, instead of apologizing she was rude to me.

Placed an order for 5:00 delivery at 4:00 they said running late then all of a sudden canceled my order. I called and they said they got a call to cancel my order. I said no I still want it and theh said it just came out of the oven and they could deliver it on 20 minutes, needless to say it was cold. Very disappointed never had this problem before

Upon opening the box, the pizza appeared undercooked even though it was ‘checked’ by a staff member. Cheese was barely melted in some places & flat out doughy in others, deeming it inedible. Tried to ‘Report the Problem’ via the Delivery Insurance link but an error kept coming up. Sent feedback to the branch & they made no attempt to correct the problem. Regret the generous tip added at the time of the transaction. Won’t be ordering from this branch again & neither should you.

Really disappointed to have ordered a dinner for my family. I ordered a cookie brownie. It was so burnt. I was trying to split it up, hoping that I could find something to eat out of it because I was really wanting to eat it and most of it was not edible. Even the wings only had sauce under neath. On the tracker it said pizza was out of the oven at 11:45am and they didn’t leave the restaurant till 12:05 got the food at 12:15 and it was so cold topping we’re off the pizza and it is definitely not a pan pizza like I ordered. Tried to call in waited 5 mins and no one still answered. The pizza honestly looks like it was out of the oven and sitting a lot longer cheese wasn’t even melted much at all. food was undercooked, no marinara sauce when i paid extra, site says closes at 12:30, closes at 12 but apparently that was my problem because the manager called me at 12:06 saying i have to be there by 12:10 or they’re cancelling the order, i told her that the site says close at 12:30 and she told ME to call corporate and complain? i had ordered 6 bbq wings and 6 habanero and ended up getting 12 bbq. the management is an absolute joke, the whole time i was on the phone with her all i got was attitude as if i did something wrong. very unprofessional and will never be getting my business again

I placed my order and asked politely if they would check my items before they were delivered due to history of being burned. I get my items delivered and I open the boxes up… BURNED!!! I call them back and the General manager stated to me… he observed my order per my request and it was not burnt. I give up on this location… I have no issues at other locations. You can make your own judgment by the pictures. However I wouldn’t let these items leave my store I would be to embarrassed. Rant over..

I’m a regular here and it’s usually fine but tonight I went to order a pizza but ended up getting attitude instead. I was ordering on the phone and when I had asked about which size he rang it in for , he set the phone down and muttered to his coworkers about being “done” He wouldn’t let me finish ordering and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional… really wanted dominos had to order Pizza Hut. Won’t be returning
