Domino’s Pizza @180 Leader Heights Rd. I received my food. I opened the cheese steak sub container and could not believe what I was looking at. My wife called the location just to be told they can issue a credit. Why would I want a credit from establishment who would deliver food in this form? I told my wife to tell the manager on duty, I can send a picture. However, they were not interested in my food, the wings were so rubbery. It made me sick to the stomach, and I spit the one bite that I took of the wings out. I didn’t want any money back ,I wanted Dominos Pizza at York Pa. Located at 180 Leaders Rd to acknowledged what they sent out to me. This was my birthday meal. I tipped the driver $6 cash ,who was nice by the way. I ran to Rutters‘s gas station and bought me a real sub “happy birthday to me”.

I ordered over the phone on Sunday for carryout. I was told 15-25 minutes. I got there within my window. Female worker asked about three pepperoni pizzaa….while laying the dough out, a male worker said “In making it now”. So, I eve outside to my car to wait. When I went back in, I tried to hand the cashier my payment. My order was $29 and change. I had a $50 bill. I was told “we can’t cash that”, I responded “itsonly $20 in change, surely you had $20.” Then I was told they only have small bills (1’s,5’s and 10s). Ok… this is all I have, I don’t care what denomination change you give me. Either take my money or throw my food away. THEN, Im told they won’t accept a $50 bill. Seriously? You don’t have one competent employee wh9 can authenticate a fifty dollar bill? Its not that hard! Simple really! There’s more tens and twenty dollar counterfeit bills running around than 50s! Hire competent staff! I was quite rude leaving but this is beyond ridiculous. Don’t tell me to Engel anyone with more details, I already did that, to no avail. The ONLY way you will get my business back is to comp my full order (3 medium pepperoni pizzas and BBQ chicken bites). One lousy pizza is not going to make up for this disaster of a visit. An apology and my order…MAYBE. Plus, teach your damn employees to authenticate money!

We always order never eat in or pick up. The pizza is always good. They offer coupons and rewards so we never pay full price. Emad delivers and is an absolute joy of a delivery person. We have a family of four and it’s cheaper than McDonald’s AND they deliver! No door dash fees!! We love this place!!

Absolutely terrible service in every possible way. We had three different family members order on three separate occasions (delivered to the same address) and got terrible results every time. Once we were told there was a delivery special and when it was delivered, we were charged full price, as it turns out it was only a pickup special. The manager did nothing to compensate. Another time we scheduled a delivery, hours in advance, for a get-together and the food was still late by almost thirty minutes. A third time, our order was completely wrong. Again, nothing was done in any case to compensate us. This is after YEARS of giving them our business. We won’t ever order from this location again.

For the past couple of years Dominos has been our “go to” place for pizza. We very much enjoyed the pan crust pizzas from here. However, recently there has been a change of staff at Domino’s and not for the better. When I go inside to pick up my orders the workplace reminds me of the old keystone cops slapstick comedy movies where everyone runs around bumping into each other, the employees are all yelling at each other, and no one seems to be a competent supervisor directing the employees tasks and work flow. Our orders recently have been getting made incorrectly, and the quantity of cheese and toppings seems to have been reduced by 50%. This is really shameful for a national chain business, regardless if it is company owned or a franchise. It seems like the owner just doesn’t care about quality.

This is the only dominoes I go to! The staff is so friendly and they always get my order right. Shaq knows what I want to order before I even say my name on the phone lol. Amazing service!
UPDATE- they got rid of or transferred most of the old employees and the new mangers aren’t friendly or attentive to their regular customers at all. I’ve actually pretty much stopped going because of the interaction I had with the new “managers”
