I have never been treated so poorly as I have tonight. Dawn who messed up my order of wings, didn’t put sauce on them and when I called to tell them they told me it was not an issue and to come get a new order of wings. When I arrived she claimed I needed to bring the messed up order back. There was zero mention of this on the phone. This is not the first time there was an issue with Dawn. A few weeks ago I sent my husband down there to pick up our food with cash. She wouldn’t accept the cash and said he needed to pay with a card. I called and explained I would come down and pay with a card and was not at all happy about it because my children and I just got home from a 600 mile trip and they were the only things open. When I got there she refused to give me my food until I apologized to her. I walked out. I’m not apologizing and then giving someone my money. This domino’s is 1 block from my house and I have frequented this domino’s 2 or more times per week for 10 years and have never had an issue at all until this Dawn girl. I don’t care how close and convenient they are, I will never go there again.

The customer service here is awful. I placed an online order. I was very specific when placing the order however it seems like they just made whatever they want. I called in and spoke to Dawn. I told her what happened and she sent the right pizza out to me. Not only did we have to wait but Dawn wasn’t the nicest. The second pizza was finally delivered only for me to find a hair in it. I called back and requested that I speak with a manager. Dawn disclosed she is the manager. I proceeded to tell her what happened. There was dead silence on the phone where I thought she hung up on me. After the long pause of silence she finally asked, “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” I asked, well what do you usually do in a situation like this?” She proceeded to say she’s never dealt with this before. I thanked her for her time and she sarcastically yelled, “Have a good night!” I will no longer spend money here. The service is horrendous!

We saw there was a good deal going on at the local dominos 2 miles away. We ordered online and it took the delivery driver 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver the pizza. The pizza was warm and not even cut when we opened it.

My last two orders took two hours to deliver. Had been several months since those two horrible experiences so I decide to order tonight. Well, it’s been 40 minutes since I placed my order this evening and it’s been sitting at the store getting soggy for the past 30 minutes and is still waiting to leave for delivery. Probable another 25 minute at best to get old cold soggy pizza. Dominos last chance for me and it’s another failure. Will never order from here again.

The pizza was incredible – (Meatzza) with Extra Cheese, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Bacon, and Philly Steak. The Marble Brownie was amazing – the perfect finish for the best pizza!

As of 7/9/23 I recently redeemed a code from my email for a free medium pizza. I didn’t know I had to order for delivery, and ended up walking to the store to dine in. After explaining why I couldn’t redeem the code, Marc, who I belive was the MOD, not only placed the order for me, but I got a FRESH cheese pizza absolutely free. I wish I could’ve tipped, best experience by far at the Queen St. Location. Thank you, and the person who made the pizza!

Very dissatisfied with my pizza this evening. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was correct but the meat lovers had black olives, mushrooms and onions on it that I didn’t order. I called the store and wanted me to drive back to the store and they would make me another pizza but they had to have the incorrect pizza in their hand. I shouldn’t have to had drive back to the store for them to make it right. It should have been done right the first time. This is unacceptable.
