I’m tired of getting ripped off. I really like Domino’s Chicken Alfredo. If you look at the website, they show you a bowl which is very generously filled to the edge with food. Numerous times i have ordered this. And numerous times i have received bowls that ‘together’ barely equal i portion like the one on the website. This time i decided to take pictures to show how the store is offering a “decent” deal,,,,,but delivering much less. For almost $15 dollars, they don’t deliver as advertised.

Ordered pizza Saturday night during eagles game. Pizza took over an hour to be delivered and the quality of the pizza was horrible. Even gave the driver a nice tip. This dominos is trash. Pure and simple. Asked for extra cheese and mushrooms. Was barely any on the pizza. Steer clear.

Ordered on the app, said 7-10 mins. I arrived after 15 mins. Was told the order hadn’t even been started and would be 15-20 mins.
Went instead to ask for it to be canceled.
No one else was there and all the delivery cars were in the parking lot

Ordered pizza Saturday night through the app at about 10pm, which shouldn’t be a problem for a store that doesn’t close until 1am, delivery was quick, however driver did not have a receipt for me until I asked about it, then had to go rummage through his car to find it. Upon taking the box from the driver it felt empty, I even opened it in front of the driver to make sure there was actually a pizza in there, once back in the house found the crust to be thinner than a saltine cracker, and upon even closer examination there was ZERO sauce on the pizza. This is strike two for Domino’s, last time they sent gluten free crust pizza, which was so cardboard tasting that I ended up throwing them away, not sure I’ll be giving Domino’s another chance at this rate, be better off calling Papa John’s!

Delivery to a hotel. They set it on a chair in the main lobby. Didn’t contact me or ask the desk to call up. Didn’t realize until 30 mins later and it was cold. Store didn’t answer when I tried calling asking for an update.

Ordered pizza on-line. Order apparently not received. Ordered (again) in store.
The take-out NY-style pizza with pepperoni was delicious!
Will repeat via an in-store order.

1 star is generous for this place. Try to order here since I live 5 mins from the store and it consistently shows up 1-2 hours late every time: this is the last time I will order from here and I advise you to steer clear. Tracking is always messed up, never accurate wait times etc.

We ordered a Domino’s Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and pineapple and had it delivered to our house. It was delivered lightning fast and it was delicious!
