Used to really love this dominos and we were so excited to get something different up here (I say that lightly because the whole town is nothing but pizza). At first, it was great. Now, every time we order everything is burnt and dry. Complaining does nothing because you won’t get a refund, you just get offered another burnt pizza. Very disappointing to see how downhill this place went.

Call in carry out order and get a call center to order and then when I arrive to location only one pizza was on the order even though the correct order was read back out to me then waited another hour at the store for them to make the other pizza and then never even made a pizza

Usually I’m not a picky person but stuff is going down hill. At the beginning after the opening there was nothing but great experiences. The last 2 times I’ve ordered here it’s been unpleasant. They say wait times that are nowhere near accurate. “20 mins” turns into an hour. You order food that comes with a dipping sauce or icing… don’t expect to get it. They make you pay for an additional sauce cup if you want one and then can’t even bother to include it in the order. The past 2 times have been this experience. Quite disappointing. Thank you

Ordered carry out a few hours in advance for a pickup time of 5:15. I arrived at 5:14 and was told it would be ready soon. It’s currently 5:45 and I have not been given my order yet, but they did check in on me once at which point they couldn’t locate my order and I heard them murmuring that it wasn’t stated yet because they forgot.

All 1 star because everything was affected by this. Seeing as this store won’t deliver to wallaceton I figured I would choose the option to have it brought to by car since it can’t be brought to my house. I arrived at 4:52. Est time from text confirmation to be ready was 4:58-5:08. Waited till 5:08 and went in and order was ready and sitting there and based on the temperature it had been sitting there a while. If I had known it wouldn’t be brought to my car I would have been in there sooner waiting so I got hot fresh food.

Edit as a response. If I wanted to use the drive thru I would have chosen that option. I chose the option for parking and having it brought out to my car which is a service that Dominos proudly advertises that it offered. But apparently you don’t feel obligated to withhold that offer and option provided. I’ll reach out to corporate about this response.

Edit number 2- went back again after owner offered $15 off. Took 10 mins standing there with my food getting cold and the workers trying to figure out how to apply the $15 off till they gave up and just gave me the food for free. Didn’t receive one of the cups of sauce ordered. The marinara for the garlic knots. So needless to say I didn’t get to eat any garlic knots. Ordered New York style crust which was cut into 8 slices instead of 6 as it’s supposed to be.

The staff at the pick up window deserves major kudos for their positive interaction with customers. Our food is always fresh and ready in a great amount of time. Appreciate the kindness, especially from the gentleman that was there tonight, Jan 16, he’s always working quickly and has a nice greeting. I’ve encountered him before with the same.

Domino’s Pizza – Philipsburg, PA : Do better!! The “mananger” on duty at 5:30 this afternoon needs to find a job that doesn’t require any type of customer service or even a personality. I placed an order through the app at 2:51 this afternoon for a 5:00 pickup for Kelby Rudy’s birthday. Camden Rudy picked it up for me while I went to pick up my grandfather. Camden called shortly before 5 and told me that Domino’s claimed they had no record of my order. Interestingly, though, after I forwarded my order confirmation to Camden and called him back, Domino’s now claimed my order was still baking. He arrived at the party with what I discovered was not even my order! I ended up having to leave my almost 99 year old grandfather with Kelby while I went back to Domino’s with Camden.

As soon as we walked through the door, every employee made eye contact and smiled or greeted us EXCEPT the manager. After we stood there at the counter holding boxes, she told a nice male employee to “handle us”. That employee did his best with the situation and found our order sitting on a shelf. He apologized repeatedly and was then interrupted by the manager who said that Camden was the one who took the wrong boxes. Not until 2 other employees disagreed with her and spoke up did she stop blaming Camden.

The employee said he was going to cover for the manager so she could make our situation right. It took her almost 3 minutes to stop looking busy and eventually come over to us. She refused to move away from the fan so I could hear what she was saying, although the male employee actually offered for me to step to the side so we could get away from the noise of the fan. The manager offered me nothing more than $15 off a call in or walk in future order, even after I repeatedly told her I don’t do either of those and that this order was for my son’s birthday. She didn’t apologize for wrongly accusing Camden or put forth any effort at all to make up for this situation.

I’m going to relay this same message to the owner of this store tomorrow, in addition to corporate. How this woman ended up being manager is baffling, but the employees there deserve better and our community deserves better.
