I ordered delivery tonight and unfortunately it was not what I ordered. The pizza was correct, but it was COVERED in pepperoni to the point where the box was dripping grease and it wasn’t cut. I also ordered garlic bread w/ marinara sauce and got cinnamon bread w/ marinara sauce. It’s not the end of the word, but was pretty disappointing I didn’t get to have what I ordered.

Place is a joke, no cash for change. “Go to country fair” should say on website bring exact change or we don’t except cash. Apparently millcreek such a high crime area can’t keep money in the drawer. Food sucked anyway, won’t be back.

I was so highly disatisfied with the service and the management staff tonight. The manager Dustin is lazy and on his phone almost the entire time while the other employees were running around trying to get orders out. If I had employees like that I would fire them immediately. I think someone should look into this and fix the problem at hand! And fast before you lose more business and employees.

This place is a joke from the floor to the ceiling. If you want a good pizza, reconsider and support a local business that deserves it, not a big chain owned by a franchisee with a house on the lake who could care less. If I had the option to give this horrible pizza place 0 stars I would have. Firstly I walked in to the store and was greeted with very rude employees who had no manners and were very rude to me. Secondly I ordered two pizzas which were horrible we ordered a jalapeños and onion pizza which had almost no toppings on it. Because we were on a long drive we ate the pizza in the car after eating it we politely asked the employees where the trash bin was because I couldn’t see it and or if they could throw it out. Instead of a kind reply or them willing to throw the pizza out they started screaming at me and were screaming at me to throw it out at home. I was very shocked at this behavior and I do not recommend this store to anybody even if it is a last resort food option.

Took a hour to deliver my pizza my last order so they send a coupon but now there saying they can’t deliver that pizza even tho I was going to pay a delivery fee and tip what’s the point of the coupon ? it literally says delivery on it so how can’t you deliver it ? . Poor costumer service.
